My experience at Hotel Muscatel Nirvana was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk team — Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Sandesh. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuinely friendly nature made the check-in process smooth and set the tone for a wonderful stay. They were always available to assist with a smile and ensured that every request was taken care of promptly. A special mention must go to Ms. Promila, the restaurant manager, whose passion for hospitality reflects in both her service and the food. The cuisine at the Muscatel Nirvana @Mall Road was absolutely delicious — every dish was thoughtfully prepared, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience exceeded expectations every time. The view is by far the main selling point of this Muscatel Nirvana @Mall Road — it's truly spectacular — so make sure you book one of the rooms that actually has a proper view, otherwise you’re missing the essence of the place. The food is decent, nothing exceptional but satisfying enough. What really made the stay more pleasant was the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The location itself is tucked away in a very quiet part of Darjeeling, which gives you a bit of peace from the usual noise and movement of the town. Ideal if you're looking for a calm, scenic retreat.

The property location is excellent for those who wants to stay away from crowd in a peaceful place. Room was decent. Interior was cozy. Cons - bed size is queen so it’s small for 2 adult and 1 kid. Bathroom fittings are very old and every time I needed to ask to increase water pressure before bath.

Amazing experience! Wonderful place to stay with in a calm and quiet atmosphere. This Muscatel Nirvana @Mall Road is located in a peaceful area, nearer to the kanchanjunga mountain view point .

Its very good location to visit mall. Mountain view room was awesome. Amenities also good, Hotel staff are very polite, give us room upgradation with no extra changes.

Hotel location is peaceful but far from bus stop. Not recommended for old people. If you are fine with long walk then it’s fine.
