It was so pleasant to stay in this property. Property's local was awesome, so breathtaking with such a nice view. Food was good too. Facilities was also good. Must recommend to stay here for a once.

Not very well maintainer hotel. Poor service. They gave me room in a basement and while booking it showed room with the window and after getting there got to know they only had 1-2 rooms only with ventilation. My room at basement was very suffocating. Very dirty washrooms which were wet throughout. No tissues or anything. Everything was so soggy there including the bedsheets and blanket. When it came to food. It was also pathetic. Charged me 540 for chappati and panneer but wasnt worth it. The location was good and convenient but if budget is not an issue do not book this hotel. When i asked to use the toilet before checking in. They took me to the room which was already dirty. How can you expect a girl to use a washroom which is so dirty. There was piss on that commode and cigarettes all over. I had a pathetic experience

The view is by far the main selling point of this hotel — it's truly spectacular — so make sure you book one of the rooms that actually has a proper view, otherwise you’re missing the essence of the place. The food is decent, nothing exceptional but satisfying enough. What really made the stay more pleasant was the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The location itself is tucked away in a very quiet part of Darjeeling, which gives you a bit of peace from the usual noise and movement of the town. Ideal if you're looking for a calm, scenic retreat.

Amazing experience! Wonderful place to stay with in a calm and quiet atmosphere. This hotel is located in a peaceful area, nearer to the kanchanjunga mountain view point .

Room cleaning service is not good and call service was not working after changing telephone 2 times food was ok but it is taking too much time to get, location is good
