1. The bathing area was not demarcated well enough in the toilet. Water used to spill over into the toilet area. 2. There were zero hanging options in the toilet 3. Hot water was not available 24*7 4. The food tasted very average

I am visiting this hotel sine Jan,2023 Till April,2025 Breakfast was best but on my recent visit on 16/08/15 to 18/08/25 the breakfast quality,taste and quantity of items reduce food are taste less

Location is awesome, food quality is good but availability is an issue. Service is little bit slow. During my check in time room is not ready. Some basic amenities are missing in my room like electric kettle etc. Bedsheet is not clean, strain marks are there. Rooms makeover and maintenance is needed. One of the big issue is Hot Water, they don't have any gresyer, Morning 7am to 10am and Evening 7pm to 10pm hot water timings are fixed, Although I have booked premium suite this basic features are missing. But I will recomend it if you get it in Good price.

Hotel is located next to Gymkhana club near Bhanu Bhawan. The staffs were very helpful and provided us an early morning check in. The food is very good and they provided us with a packed breakfast during our early morning departure. The room service is very prompte

The room was not good...not as the picture shown during Booking. I was booked the premium catagory room but got the deluxe one. Also the TV was not working.

This hotel located at the prime location of Mall Road of Darjeeling, just behind the Gymkhana Club. It also has parking facilities, lift facilities. We booked premium suite and the view was alluring. The room service and the hospitable behaviour of the staffs were so descent. The food from their restaurant was so nice. I always recommended try Virgin Mojito by them when you ended your meal. That was so different. Must visit place. If you want to visit Mahakal Temple , just beside of this hotel there have a shortcut stair to reach that temple. I think for me, it was cherry on the top.

Location was ok, food never had good taste, the hotel ran out of water and every guest faced a problem.

Do not book this property. I booked premium room which had bad smell, stained bed sheets and damaged walls. I escalated this to management and no one bothered. Even front office is rude. Worst experience.

Had a medical emergency with my 71 yr old father. Hotel flat out refused reimbursement or any credit towards future stay. "it is your problem, not ours" was the comment over the phone

Breakfast was good dinner was average

Rooms are spacious. Mall road is easily accessible. However they seem to be understaffed. The staffs are very cold. Also hotel restaurant food quality is average.
