Sumitel Queens Yard

Location, accommodation and few services are very good. Only housekeeping and in house restaurant and food quality needs some improvement. Overall stay is very good.

Totally one of the worst hotels I’ve been to, it was horrible. I’m trying to think about the pros of it and I’m short of points coz there were none. Room was shady, no network in rooms, bathroom area for bathing was only of two tiles, it says TV is included but you it’s just TV and not the channels so book only if you like staring at closed TV. We paid this much money hoping it’ll be worth it but totally not.

It was wonderful & nice stay in all respect....... employees are very supportive........the hotel is very nearer to mall👍

The staff are so good in nature , foods are delicious 😋 room is quite good , the hotel is middle in the market, mall road is so closed and the view of kanchanjunga looks so beautiful from the terrace of the hote

Sumitel Queen yard, Darjeeling is one of the best properties in Darjeeling.Located close to Mall road , excellent rooms and Premium services. Highly recommended

Great view and friendly staff. The food was good as well. Easy to reach distance from Mall Road and other roadways.

The hotel is nice. The location is also good. Somewhat far away from mall road but you can manage. Hotel food is average. Rooms are good and spacious.

- Rooms has fungus on walls - Order food delivery wrongly - Bill Denied at the time of check out however they have provided after 1 Hours of struggle

1-जगह की स्थिति, 2-सफाई, 3- बाथरूम का साइज और पानी का प्रेशर सब कुछ अच्छा था 4- उपयोग की जाने वाली लिफ्ट होटल के अंदर और बाहर का बैकग्राउंड अच्छा है

room was not as described..no ventilation..view from room is some dumpyard.. ..I was feeling suffocated..only thing I like is staff behaviour and food..

From the moment we arrived, Ms Nikita Gurung and all other staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Got to see the quickest possible response after every call we made to the reception or restaurant. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Food was delicious and the location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay."
