Excellent Stay
The location is very convenient to find out by the travellers. Google leads to the exact location. Mount Kanchenjunga's view point in Mall road is immediately adjacent.Nice experience.

Good Stay
Position of the property was excellent. Stay was quite good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service was good and prompt. Food served hygienically. We got a lovely view from our room both of the sunrise and full Kanchenjunga range. Overall safe and serene ambience

Terrible Stay
It was horrible, me and my husband are senior citizens and were informed about this , however when we reached after full day journey too tired they took us four floors down basement, i was not understanding what is this happening and when I asked the staff girl who went with us I can’t climb up and down four basement floor stairs she at us and said we can’t help you leave it if you don’t like Also this room was attached to kitchen and common toilet, room have no windows too suffocate, no tissue paper soap or iron nothing , As we were too tired sat in that room for few hours and left around 4 pm as were not able too sleep

Excellent Stay
We stayed here for 3 nights .The best part of this property is the KanchanJungha view rooms and balconies.Staff is courteous and warm.Property is clean,well maintained and absolutely silent and calm.This property is very close to Mahakal mandir,Chowrasta Mall and all the great viewpoints of Darjeeling.Me and my family had an amazing 4 days here ,that will be forever etched in our hearts.I definitely wish to stay here again.

Poor Stay
Water supply was very poor, as the water pressure was very slow it took nearly 30 minutes to fill a bucket and also there was some foul smell in room.

Room area space is conjugated foodie not so good to expressive staff behave not OK

Poor Stay
The room size is not worth the prices and there was one manager name - Sandeep Ray, he was Damn rude. Due to sudden weather change and rains the room got too cold and there was no heater in the room. Suffered from cold a lot and on asking Sandeep told this is not 5 star hotel that we will provide heater.

The stay was amazing. Excellent location, good food, wonderful view, the behaviour of the employees was nice. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay and Excellent Service
The location is excellent, beside the Observatory Hill View Point. The staff were very polite. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent Stay
Beautiful hotel, great view of Kanchanjunga from windows, beautiful location, 1-2 minutes walking distance from Mall Road, Room was excellent, no water problem, Receptionist with very humble behavior, Overall a great experience. I would love to go there again.

Good Stay
It was so pleasant to stay in this property. Property's local was awesome, so breathtaking with such a nice view. Food was good too. Facilities was also good. Must recommend to stay here for a once.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile, making the experience even more pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the food—delicious and freshly prepared with good variety.
