pros : the room was clean and spacious , staff were polite, location is good and free wifi... provided for extra blanket at late night when asked, good view from the top floor cafeteria cons: didn't got the welcome drink on arrival, no direct view of mountains. Overall a good stay.

We have a wonderful stay for three days. Everything was perfect. Location, Food and facilities were awesome. It was close to Rink mall.

The staffs were so polite and helpful. The help us in any kind of problem . The check-in and check-out process was so easy. The property's location was in nice place and not too much crowded. The Mall was about 5 minutes of walking distance. And they send porter to take our luggage from car and assist to visit the hotel. And we have enjoyed Kanchenjungha from our room, and the hotel's rooftop. The overall experince was amazing. I will visit again 😊.

Very polite and helpful staff, you can visit with a toddler without worrying about food options. Hygienic and walking distance to Mall Road.

The Resort is a beautiful property surrounded by awesome views all around and very close to MG Road. The serene atmosphere at this resort is so soothing and food is delicious. Only thing I didn’t like was that the reception staff overcharged me for a trip to Nathula pass and Changu Lake. Don’t book your trips through the hotel without first comparing the price with operators in the market

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near MG Marg, Gangtok. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the main market, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok.”

Location, accommodation and few services are very good. Only housekeeping and in house restaurant and food quality needs some improvement. Overall stay is very good.

Totally one of the worst hotels I’ve been to, it was horrible. I’m trying to think about the pros of it and I’m short of points coz there were none. Room was shady, no network in rooms, bathroom area for bathing was only of two tiles, it says TV is included but you it’s just TV and not the channels so book only if you like staring at closed TV. We paid this much money hoping it’ll be worth it but totally not.

The staff are so good in nature , foods are delicious 😋 room is quite good , the hotel is middle in the market, mall road is so closed and the view of kanchanjunga looks so beautiful from the terrace of the hote

Sumitel Queen yard, Darjeeling is one of the best properties in Darjeeling.Located close to Mall road , excellent rooms and Premium services. Highly recommended
