Panorama Hotel

.bedsheet was very dirty. They didn't change pillow cover and bed shit daily. They didn't gave shower gel towel drinking water. They took not a pickup nor drop. Overall we face many problems.

I would like to express my disappointment with our recent stay. The issues we faced included insufficient water supply, non-functional WiFi and TV, and inadequate cleaning services. Unfortunately, our experience was horrible

The hotel personnels nicely guided me about the location of the hotel over phone. Staffs were very much co-operative and are always attentively ready to provide the service we needed.

Holet chauk bazar me nhi h app me chauk bazar dikh raha hai tv nhi chalta hai.hot water ke liye kettle nhi h room me toilet ka smell aata hai kul mila ke hotel bilkul rahne layak nhi h

there are very nice but light is not connecting for gizar the specs is sort there are no traveling .

geyser and tv not working. staff behaviour and assistance was too good and helpful. overall it was an average experience staying at panorama hotel.

they are least concious of basic cleanliness. No indoor cleaning and outdoor cleaning. pillow cover bedsheets all are dirty.

Best stay you can get at this price in Darjeeling. The hotel is near the mall road and the staff is also very nice to everyone.

Hospitality is good but room is small for two person, little bit congested in standard room. Not suitable for two person and also need to maintain hygiene as well. During our stay, we were served in unclean cups and tray, also food is not good enough and need to maintain their hygiene while serving food.

Friendly and supporting staff, 5 min from mall, good room, hot water, clean room, good view from room.

property location is above the slope so don't go there without taxi, the room size is very small not worth the price, mall rd distance is atleast 15mins. the housekeeping staff aman is very good is helpful 5 ⭐ to that. water is not always available and electricity is not sure when it will go down.

The location is not that bad. But the room is too small to accommodate cause bags and luggage will be lying so close to your bed that you even cant go to the bathroom. Recommended only if you are a solo traveller.

it was a wonderful experience. I loved the place and the staff were also very helpful and mainly for all the tourists
