The person who read my review please don't stay in this hotel very poor quality mattress old time tv with no cable connection this hotel is only for making booking upto rs. 300 not more. I hate this hotel

I have booked my stay from MMT. The service and food is awesome. Staffs are very supportive and the location is very near to Mall.

I would say it's a good hotel in a Darjeeling having excellent view of Darjeeling. Rooms are good with all necessary amenities. Staffs are caring and cook prepared good home style food for us. Really amazing in Darjeeling.

The hotel is beautiful. I booked my stay from make my trip. The room was booked in a very cheap price. The room which was provided to me was good and The view is awesome from The room. The manager and staffs are very nice and cooperative. They provide delicious food in a very reasonable price. As a Solo traveller I enjoyed my stay. Overall a beautiful experience.

Nice place to stay but the room was too much dirty and in the taps and shower water is not coming. Very much terrible hotel and hotel had the worst staff. The rooms are too bad service is too bad please don't go to this hotel.

Already written above Hotel is 5 min walking distance from Chok bazar. Staff is soft spoken & humble. There is Mobile tower on top roof which may be a health concern. Rest things are value for money.

Not so good, the location is situated at uphill, it is difficult to reach the hotel, only small vehicle can go, there was no water in bathroom, the staff were not available when required, Overall.. Not so good experience.

Good: The service from the staff was very welcoming. I had a few questions about getting around in West Bengal and they were kind enough to help me plan my trip. The food was good and reasonably priced. Bad: I check-in late in the night and got chased by dogs while searching for the hotel. The location isn't very friendly. The kitchen didn't have the items mentioned in the menu. The first room that was showed to me had a faulty geyser. Although there was hot water in the second room, the hand-held shower didn't work if I held it over my waist height. The water wasn't hot enough either.

First of all the room was not Felix standard as the confirmation massage appears. The room was so small &needs to improve from decoration and funitures also. Hot and cold running water were not supplied properly. I also faced a load shedding problem before check out.

Very far from mall road and everyone will almost faint while walking the steep road. The geyser was broken and there was no water in the hotel nor any commodity was available. Till date this would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Overall undeserving from make my trip.

Staff was cooperative. But hotel facilities were not up to the mark. Toilets were below average. Bathroom was also not so good. But since it didn't cost much, so it was okay. Room were having some smell.

Location wise it not much more satisfying but staff members are good food also good provided by the hotel I thought there some renovations should be done by the hotel. Overall the experience was good in the hotel.

Kind note that the hotel Janani Villa at Darjeeling is not deserve to enlist in Makemytrip, please remove it at the earliest otherwise every guest who stay their will write painful experience like us. No approach road, you will have to go by foot, no space for any vehicle, it has too small room size, no power back up, no water, kitchen is in very bad condition, before 9 am you don't get even a cup of tea. Please do visit first your representative and confirm my complaint. It will spoil you name.

We have been cheated. This hotel is worse than a railway station waiting room. You cannot reach this hotel on your own. The room was tiny, floor was dirty, no water in rooms, bed sheet and blanket filthy, food is poor and rates are exorbitant. No staff. I hated it. It was not worth Rs. 500.

It is very pathetic in room, service, location, etc ... It is not worth to stay. Better to Stay in any third class lodge than this hotel. There is no water in bathroom cockroaches on the bed No room service

I can't suggest this hotel to any one. Location is very poor. It is far from Mall road. Very difficult to reach the hotel. It is located in very narrow road. Without checking the record they allotted my rooms to others. At last they adjusted rooms for me. Service staff attention is good. Not suggestible for family.

I guess you will never get better hotel then this at this price. It's 1. 5 km away from city Centre(Chourasta). It is situated in between Chourasta and zoological park. It's bit difficult to find but when I called them they said me to come in some prime location (easily accessible location) and they would send someone to fetch us but I actually reached the hotel without any help. You have some great views from hotel balcony. Rooms, bedsheets, towels and blanket was clean. Bathroom was having geyser so you would get hot water round the clock. Hotel staffs were very nice at their work. Food served at the hotel dine-in was nice but little costly but the food was hygienic and well served. You could actually see their kitchen from dining hall. The only con is that my room was having single window without any grill that would open to corridor so you can't afford to let it remain open but other room was well ventilated.

This is the most worst hotel I had ever stayed. Location of the hotel is so bad even cars don't came. No generator facility in hotel, food is very bad and even they don't have mineral water facility. Even water facility at bathroom is very poor. Very bad & worst hotel.

It is a new property and little out of main area. People not much aware of the hotel. It is correctly marked in Google so one can find it on GPS. Reserved cars do not reach there. You need to get down in front of Loreto Convent ( 300 MTR from taxi stand) then sharp trek for 100 MTR only. Staff are good. Location is calm and peaceful. Darjeeling Chowrasta is about 10 mins walk. Food is good but very costly. Rooms are good and well-maintained. All this with just Rs. 400/- is like we saw a daydream.

Firstly I should clear that it is not at all a hotel it is a floor of a old residential building under construction people do live in rest floors. The road leading here is a hell of garbage. So, if you have no where to go then you could stay here else please do not trouble yourself staying here. Specially a must no for family. The location in numbers is close to market but the whole road is so stinky and even you cannot take your car in front of the hotel. Please do not be here. The staff was okay but it hardly makes a difference in your stay.
