Service was terrible no towels, soap. Even the hot water for shower was made available only after calling several times. Waited exactly 40 mins for coffee and tea. Though the rooms were decent with good views.

Stay at Kalki in Monratino Himadrie was a good experience. Room was as shown in the website, hot water was available. Only point is that room could have a heater and the hotel could have a lift. Apart from that everything was top notch

The Hotel Room is breath taking, services are good and Staff is courteous . Bathroom is not spacious, but the amenities are upto the mark. Also, they upgraded us to the attic room at the 6th floor. The entrance has lot of stairs. But, cars reach right at the property. Overall good.

Worst hotel of my life. I saw pictures and booked the hotel. Rude behaviour. Kind of ghost hotel. There is no building on road. A narrow stairs downwards goes to school which is slippery with no maintenance. You cant find anyone at reception. No security. View from window is pathetic. Smelly room.

Greeting from Monratino ! We apologise for the inconvenience but , I am very surprised to hear that there is no building on the road. but the area where the property is located is the most crowded area where almost all the best hotel are located . Yes the stairs were slippery as the day you had checked it was raining very heavily, and as you must be aware that the monsoons are slippery and monsoon are the months where every road every stairs are slippery.he the view from the window for you must have being pathetic as the weather was foggy and raining . Since you mentioned the stairs go down to the School so . there is no question security since Schools have the most security . Since you could not find anyone in the reception. as it was late night and the reception number was given and shown to you which is mentioned in the Menu card as well . But we apologise for the rude behavior as you mentioned here , I hope we can look into this Regards Monratino Team T

Since it was rainy season, i missed the kanchanjunga view otherwise this hotel is bliss for solo travellers, family and everyone. It was walking distance from mall road. While returning back i got my sharing cab right from hotel gate . Such excellent view, interiors.

It was nice, but there is no left. You have to carry your back up to the fifth floor and the kitchen service was not. I don't think that was really good and I went in actually winter season so so they didn't even provide the warmer. and they asked for extra they asked for extra charge for that. I don't think that was fair. I think the property is so so if you just want to sleep, then it's okay otherwise, otherwise, I don't think that will be a good choice in the bathroom, water bath in bathroom. The flush was not working.

Location is great as it is near Mall Road. You can stroll around. There are beautiful cafes nearby and all essential stores as well. The view from the rooms are also excellent. And the housekeeping is also very helpful and friendly.
