It is a nice cozy hotel near MG road. This gives a nice view of the city with mountains in the background. The balcony give’s view of a stadium where we had a good view of football match too.

I have stayed two night. overall experience was good, food price was too high in respect of quality and quantity and another thing,I booked 2 rooms but 1 room's door lock was broken. overall experience was good.

Wonderful experience! This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully arranged, the mountain view from the balcony is truly pleasant, and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Rooms are spacious and the scenery is good from the room. It’s 7-8 minutes walk from MG Marg and it’s on the Downslide of a hill.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities ana a balcony facing the hills and the stadium. Hot water through geyser was always available. The location was also good. near MG marg. But to reach there, u hv to go uphill which is steep. I enjoyed staying there.

food was not good although morning buffet is nice but restaurant people are not so nice but ambiance is good

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation and Poor Service Dear [MakeMyTrip / jewel himalayan heights Hotel Management], I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which was booked through MakeMyTrip. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that your hotel does not have a lift — a crucial facility, especially for senior citizens. Despite clearly requesting a room on a lower floor, we were given rooms on the 4th floor, forcing my 70-year-old mother to climb several flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult and distressing. What’s even more unacceptable is that when we requested a change to a lower floor, your staff not only denied our request but also coldly suggested we find another hotel — that too at a late hour. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of concern for customer well-being. I am also appalled that this hotel has been listed as a 4-star property on MakeMyTrip. It is misleading and unacceptable, as the basic facilities expected in a 4-star hotel were not available. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and distress to my family. We are seriously considering taking legal action against MakeMyTrip for falsely advertising this property and for the hardship it caused us. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action immediately, including correcting the misleading information on your platform and ensuring other guests don’t go through the same experience.

Location of the property is good. It is a 10 mins walk to MG marg. Also, the rooms have a good view of the mountain range. The size of the room is big as well and can easily accomodate 3 pax if additional mattress is present. Things that can be improved: 1. Overall hygiene of the property. The carpets looked old and had a distinct rustic smell. 2. Breakfast options were average. They had good masala omlette option and the lady serving us was very kind to serve toast whenever we asked. 3. I did not find it to be value for money. This point is subjective though.

Hotel ambience is good , kitchen is not operational for full day with limited timings. No open space only rooms are available. Staff was very coperative . Looking forward to visit again.

The rooms have all the basic amenities that a hotel should have. The view is amazing from the balcony. The elevator is still under construction. The hotel is just 10 mins walk from MG road. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The property is located at palzor stadium road; walking distance from MG road. The food was good in taste; Chinese food items would be more preferable except the cost of the milk tea which seem to be quite overpriced. The room was clean; bathroom was hygienic - had geyser and hot water filter in rooms with attached washroom and balcony view. The room service and kitchen service was good with nice hospitality at reception. I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and it was good stay. Room is well decorated and spacious but no lift facility or parking facility available.

No doubt the room was amazing, however this hotel had the worst breakfast. Being in sikkim the tea was the worst part. Services and room was good but breakfast was a turn off.

We were welcomed with a spacious room and a majestic view of the Himalayas from the balcony. The room had all basic amenities and the bathroom was squeaky clean. Overall we had a splendid experience and a lot of memories.
