Nestled inn

The room is small.. but good.. the geyser was not working... otherwise nice and cosy. . The location was near West Point mall..

The location of the hotel is the biggest plus. The owner of hotel remains keen on scope of improvement. Staff is helpful and courteous. There is direct view of mt. Kanchenjungha from some rooms and terrace of the hotel.

No tv, no internet, no drinking water, behaviour also not good. I don't think so that for this service i need to pay.

Worst experience ever in this hotel. because yesterday the hotel owner and her husband misbehaved with us, talking rudely with my partner. I agree that there was a little problem with my partner document, but this doesn't mean that they will be rude and offensive to us. We booked the hotel around 7:30 pm and we went to the market to have dinner and we came back at 8:49 pm we didn't get a chance to rest and they started being rude either they should have checked the documents at first but they didn't do and let us go to the room and after 9 pm they started yelling at us, it was heavily raining outside and they asked us to leave the hotel anyhow if they could have verified the documents while giving us the room, so that we could get chance to see another options for us but at night they made us to leave the hotel. room: room was not clean, bad smells from blanket and towel was used

Last time when we stayed it was awesome but this time it was pathetic i mean it was very unhygienic “, toilet was worst and also there was no hospitality. If you’re going as a couple i won’t recommend you this hotel

Room should have been neat and clean. Room should have floor carpet.

It's good stay there. Hotel staffs were quite welcoming as well as supportive. Room was clean. Location was also good.

Room and toilet are too small. Mg marg is not near by location.

The location of this hotel is very close to mg marg and it's a prime location just beside shier e punjab upper arithang. There are adjacent 2 atms and taxi stand just 5 to 10 steps. The terrace view is just awesome. Neat and clean, 24 hours hot water and all departmental, medical stores restaurants bar nearby. The reception husband wife from darjeeling was very polite and helpfull.

The locatiom was good and it was in prime area. Everythimg was easily accessible.

I was booked for 3night and hotel is very poor and room is terrific also bathrooms very small not even 6 feet no service available for gest like tea or food and one more think all the gest were locked in side with hotel by 10pm with no access to the outside world. At night no hotel staff was available in the prison. So obviously no service available. It was a terrible experience.

BATHROOM TAP IS BROKEN IN ALL ROOM, WATER AT NIGHT 9 PM "VANISH" FOR NEXT DAY 8 AM, REQUEST FOR DRINKING WATER IS CALLED AS "WE ARE FROM DESERT". WORST HOTEL IN THE GANGTOK.

The staffs were very rude and the room servicing is very poor also the condition of the room is below average according to the price. We were asked to move out of hotel and have our food as they weren't not taking orders for us, even they asked us to order only one kind of food, then only they will be taking the order. The rooms were damped, small, no space were there beside the best, bathroom pipes were leaking, moreover the owner was literally shouting at us, such a bad behaviour i had never faced from any owner, as a summary this is the worst experience i ever had.

Everything was awesome, the room, the staffs, it was totally hygienic. We loved it there

Market is closed but room, washroom is very small.

Bed was not for 4 persons. Room service was not upto the mark. Tea quality is very bad.

1. No house keeping at least once. 2. Not clean. 3. Over all terrible experience.

Everything was good. Manager was kind to us had all the facilities only the staff was little rude overall everything was nice it is a nice place to stay
