Wonderful Stay with few sugg

From the beginning, the check in was smooth, staff was excellent. We stayed for a week there and the hospitality was remarkable, specially F&B staff. We did have some issues with food one day but rest was well taken care. Indian food is amazing & a must try. Menu is quite limited but they make up anything special on your request. Housekeeping was good, the rooms are really nice. There are few things that should be worked upon, Spa was not available, Swimming pool was not well maintained, the road to reach the property is not good in condition, Menu is very small.

Room was very good and clean, amenities inside the room were high quality, view from room was as promised, staff was polite and helpful. Spa, souvenir shop was not functional - Spa is something we were looking forward to. Breakfast menu was very limited, most items were potato based, they need an upgrade here. A la carte menu - they tried to cover many demographics leading to limited/incomplete food options - they need to revise it. Food in general was good, chefs/serving staff was good and complimented with custom preparations as requested.

I had an excellent time at Vivanta Pakyong. While the stay was great and as per expectations what really touched me was the way the staff at the reception helped me and took care of me when I wasn’t feeling well. Although I’d already checked our and was waiting to be picked they made Gurus tea and the most delicious Kaada which was soothing for my soul. Thank you guys so much. I am so sorry I don’t recall the names but each person was so lovely. Will definitely visit next time as well.

The location, amenities and the food were excellent. The staff especially were very friendly and welcoming, we'll be looking forward to our next stay. Vivanta, Pakyong was a wonderful stay for the both of us. The staff was wonderful and we had a good meal. We had a good time in the swimming pool and breakfast was hearty.

My stay was very comfortable and the team managing the property were very nice, warm and helpful. My request would be to relook at the dining menu and the quality, which I feel requires some attention as well as consider addition of some vegan options. All in all a very good experience. Thank you
