I had an excellent time at Vivanta Pakyong. While the stay was great and as per expectations what really touched me was the way the staff at the reception helped me and took care of me when I wasn’t feeling well. Although I’d already checked our and was waiting to be picked they made Gurus tea and the most delicious Kaada which was soothing for my soul. Thank you guys so much. I am so sorry I don’t recall the names but each person was so lovely. Will definitely visit next time as well.

Staying for the second time

After our wonderful stay at the first time with my girlfriend during January this year we decided to stay in Vivanta again. It was wonderful swimming in the evening at the heated pool. However, the staff said we can’t swim after 6 but one guy who wasn’t even staying but had some membership asked for the pool to be heated and he swam till 8 because of which we also got a chance to swim. I feel anyone staying at the property should also get such treatment. At dinner we were served by our favourite Mr. Anisur who is such a wonderful host and he was one of the main reason we came back to Vivanta because it’s rare to find such hospitality in hotels in Sikkim. Even in the morning we took a dip and it was so wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again sometime.

familyPlace is little away from main tourist places but is very peaceful and well maintained. Staff took care of everything needed. Highly recommend if you need break from city hustle and noise. Food was not that great and there aren’t any other options around.

Very poor wash room. In-spite calling they response staff is very poor even hot water is not there to take proper bath. Its waste of money

familyProperty location is beautiful though a but off track. Very friendly staff as it was my son's 13th birthday, they took initiative to decorate the room beautifully and arrange for cake. Pool, live music at dinner were good
