I booked a room with a view, but they stuck us on the ground floor. We couldn't see crap from the window because of buildings and trees. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We got a package with breakfast and lunch/dinner, but the buffet was terrible. The food was bad and there wasn't much to choose from. I ate dinner the first night, and the next morning I got food poisoning. I missed breakfast and dinner that day. Then, before we left, I had breakfast, and the juice was made with rotten fruit. The fruit salad was also unripe. I talked to the staff and the chef, and they said they got the stuff from vendors and the fruit was unripe. I got food poisoning again from breakfast. The shower and the hair dryer didn't work either. I paid over for one night, and all I got was a tiny room. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst experience, and it ruined my trip to Gangtok.

Location and facilities are very excellent.food is very short i can say food quantity and quality is not as per the higher price they charge..one more thing i asked for a steam iron for that i will have to call them 20 times and 2 hours waiting period they take

It was near mg Marg but the rooms has a very uncomfortable smell. There was no AC and no ventilation as well. We had to degrade our room during our stay due to the smell.

The view was amazing. Staff was good. Breakfast was nice. Room was also in excellent condition. Laundry could be better.

We stayed at Summit Namnang from July 17th to 20th and had a pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the wonderful staff. Despite emailing the hotel in advance to request rooms on a higher floor with a view, we were given Rooms 207 and 208 — located on the first floor with a partial view, but quite noisy due to the water motors/pumps in the building behind and the hotel’s own traffic and activity. To be fair, the hotel did offer to change our rooms the next day, but we declined as it didn’t make sense mid-stay. The staff is truly the saving grace of this property. A heartfelt thank you to Piyush, Sarmita, Bimla, and Chef Chandraprakash for taking such good care of us — courteous, helpful, and always attentive. That said, the overall maintenance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. We encountered dirty linen multiple times, including towels, bedsheets, and especially the throw and decorative cushion, which were shockingly filthy. The restaurant setup is visibly tired, with chipped, stained crockery and a generally worn-out ambiance. I truly hope the management steps up, because the staff deserves to be supported with better infrastructure. At the moment, it seems the owners are cutting corners, which reflects poorly on the Summit brand.

Had a pleasant stay. Clean and rooms with nice views . Staffs were very polite and helpful. Thanks to Mandisha , Sahil and sharmita for helping us with our specific food requests. Would recommend it to all

My stay was blissful and I really enjoyed at the hotel. we had come to visit sikkim with hopes of having a good experience and choosing this hotel was really worth it . The food was good and overall the lawn area really made it joyful to walk around . I appreciate the whole team for being very responsive to our needs and providing good services . Thanks to Ms Mandisha for being wonderful host.

I should say this was an awesome stay for my family. we really enjoyed being here . Very thankful to Ms. Mandisa , she upgraded us to a good family view room . The view was very worthy. The Services were on time and cleanliness were upto the mark . I would also thanks Ms .Pema and sahil for assistance in our dinner time . I felt happy 😊

The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was excellent Special mention to Ms. Mandisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made a huge difference, and I'm so grateful for her assistance. Overall, I highly recommend Summit Namnang to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The combination of excellent facilities, stunning views, and outstanding service makes it an ideal choice. Five-star rating from me!

very good location rooms are very spacious staff behaviour is very good, property is very good, nice view.only challenge is walkability of 100 meter towards the road which is very steep, overall wonderful experience at summit

They will not provide us room and said that due to non check in in morning we have canceled your booking. After our arguments they provide us room at their nearby brach. Which is very very bad experience for us

location is very bad. food is below average. staff tries to help me out with whatever limited options that they had. I got a travel agents no. from one of the staffs, turns out to be a local goon.

The property and Location is good. The breakfast is ordinary. The food quality is not good. Also the Facility in room to be very specific the lights visibility in very poor. I compliant about it but it was not fixed. They said all room lights are like that only. I wanted to work on my laptop but couldn't as I m not able to see properly. The Laptop chair was also bad. The height of chair was very low . You couldn't sit and work.
