Hotel MMR Manor MG Marg

excellent location close to mg marg heart of the gangtok city . one of the best hotel in this Vicinity along with lift facilities, nice hospitality . Have been existing customers & keep visiting this property since last 4 to 5 years when use to be known as Jewel of East & spa.

Location is excellent. The building is five stories high, but no arrangement of lift. Room service is also very poor. Being an aged person with arthritis i requested a lower floor room, but was allotted a room in highest floor.

Room shown in pictures wasn’t same as we got moreover hot water issues were there while bathing. Room was too small but pictures showed bigger rooms.

I stayed in this hotel many times, but day by day this hotel services & facilities are going downward. I don't think will going to stay here in future.

Location was good but hospitality was bad if some obe looking for best location thn go for it if hospitality thn choose other

Excellent location of property. It is just above mg road. We could observe new year celebrations at mg road from our window. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Warm water was available 24 hrs. Staff of the hotel were very co- operative and courteous.

The location was super it was 5 mins max walking distance from mail. As per request we got a good service from hotel. So i fully recommended this hotel in future hope i will be there again

Stayed there for 3 nights, the room was outstanding. Very clean and located in a descent location. The location is great, one can easily view mg marg from window.

They served us good. Hospitality and staffs are good. Clealiness maintained. Location is easy to find.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Ots right in the middle of mg marg - 1 minute walk will take you to mg marg. The studio balcony room has kanchenjunga views from 3rd floor onwards. Service is also satisfactory.

I stayed for 1 night at this hotel. I liked the location a lot since it is on the mall road or mg marg. I liked the service by the reception and restaurant staff. My room and bathroom was clean. My room had a wonderful mountain view. Breakfast in the restaurant was fulfilling.

We had a super stay. All arrangements were made in advance. Service staff are always attending. Our room size was large and bathroom was clean.

The hotel is at a good location, right at the end of mg road which is the main shopping and food area in the city. The rooms are decent. Where the hotel lacks is in maintenance and response to any issues. The fan controller conked off but they didn’t repair it in 2 days. Need better management.

Very limited option in breakfast. It was oily puri and alo and poha. Poor breakfast. Room window was not clean. Not hygienic

We have stayed at the hotel from 7/7/23 to 10/7/23. It was a nice hotel, the service guys are too good. Whatever we have asked they always helped us. The view is awesome from the room. Rooms are clean, bathroom are also clean. Just 1 problem that tv is just for show off, no recharge at all. Even asked for several times but they have lots of excuses. Otherwise everything is fine

The hospitality of this hotel was good. Staff and food all good. Well cleaned and maintained. Good location. Its near to mg marg so very easily feasible. Reaction time time to any service needed is very good

It's a new hotel near mg marg gangtok. It has got lift also. The studio balcony rooms are quite good. The food is on the spicier side.

Good location. Great staff, it’s only 2 minutes away from mg road. Room was also good. Probably the best hotel in the locality!
