I would like to thank you for spent your valuable time to review in this forum, being a hospitality profession it is our duties and responsibilities to keep all of our guest happy and feel like home away from home. As we treat every guest in our hotel as atithi devo bhava, but we didn’t expect this from you in return as how you misbehave and used abusive language to our managers and team members. You have booked one room and you called outside people to your room, which is totally out of Hotel policies. You all were soaked in alcohol and were used very very slangs languages to our team members.
