Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling

Overall stay at Udaan Dekeling Resort was very comfortable. Staff is really helpful and polite. Location is amazing as whole Darjeeling town is visible from main lobby. Food is good and reasonable. Only problem we felt was that property is located at a very good height but the way to reach Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling is little too much steep. We couldn’t walk or climb it easily as a tourist so they should make some stairs or find out some easy way out for tourists if they wish to walk down to Darjeeling Mall road. Just because of this difficult way to get to Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling entrance we had to book cab multiple times. Otherwise it’s just 1.5kms from Mall Road. And all daily need stores are located nearby. Zomato and Swiggy also works. Overall it was great, cosy and relax stay as place was quiet and surrounded with greenery.

Everything is good about this Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling. People are very very good and help you beyond you can imagine. The views from the Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling is extremely beautiful Food was really nice with good north Indian and South Indian coverage. We had Iblis Uma’s tour and Dosa and poha every day for breakfast and good South Indian Rasam or Sambar for lunch and dinner. We had very good roti and non and the north Indian gravy was also very good. The best thing that we can also say is this place is fully vegetarian and is hard to find such place in Darjeeling as you can imagine. The one useful tip for this stay is to take sandals to wear inside the room as this place can get cold in the room. Heater is not sufficient.

Excellent location for viewing the valley and also the mountain. valley view rooms with are the recommend. Very polite and helpful staff. Thought the restaurant serves vegetarian only, the taste are excellent. One can take non veg items from the market and consumption in the room is allowed. The approach road to the Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling is a very stepped slope

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The view from the rooms is also good. The staff is prompt in providing services. The restaurant service and food quality was also outstanding.

Stay was good and room service was excellent due to rain we faced power outage except that all was good and special mention to food from in house restaurant it was delicious.

Hotel is Located in good location. For cleaning we must give instructions every time otherwise they don’t clean the room. Reception staff was not keen on understanding the issues

Resort Location was excellent you can get the entire view of kanchanjanga, food was excellent and the service is top notch.
