Overall, the location of the properties, very good all the rooms of the director of Kanchan Jaga, I recommend for this property, but as far as room services concerned, then place of a slight improvement because the staff over there needs to be more sensitive about the guest as a property, overall experience was good

The location of the hotel is awesome. However a little better maintenance specially forvthe washrooms can be done. The sofas in the rooms also need to be cleaned well.

One of the best stay in Darjeeling. Great view of Kanchenjunga from every room. Good location and close to mall road. Would like to visit again.

The premises are exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff’s behavior, along with the quality of service, is truly commendable. There is absolutely no reason for any inconvenience or disturbance.

The hotel location was right at the view point.Our room was victoria glossy -2 with Mount Kanchanjaunga view.The room was spacious, big, clean & clear.The service was good.The staffs were very helpful.

Location is good and rooms were good and spacious though bathrooms were small and not up to the mark. Their restaurant service was pathetic. We tried to order snacks,tea/coffee, sandwich but nothing was available.

we (me nd my fiancee) didn’t expect to get any view of kanchanjanga that too in the month of july..this is our 3rd visit together in Darjeeling nd the wait is over...we got the proper kanchanjanga view from our room nd resort roof top😍highly recommend

Breakfast quality is very bad and items are limited. Food cost is very expensive and not upto the mark. Hotel has no lift and all rooms are downstairs. Not at all a good option for aged people. Avoiding this property would be the best choice.

The view from the room Victoria Canvas is excellent. The location is near Rajbhavan, 10 mins walk from the mall

The homestay is located at the backside of Mall. About 500 meters from the Chowrasta. We had the full view of the mountains from the Victoria glossy rooms. The rooms are spacious, tidy, well decorated and maintained. Services were topnotch. They provide food with prior order. We had an awesome stay there. Would definitely recommend to all. Apart from the view nothing stands out in this hotel. Bathrooms are bad, food worst, service slow. If your luck is there only the view is amazing. Rest average

Location wise excellent property... from room, their rooftop cafe had a breathtaking view of Kanchanganga 😍... No need to go anywhere else. Property is walking distance from mall road but free from noise & location hussle. Good place to relax & enjoy the darjeeling climate 🙂

location food amenities excellent. hygiene taken care of. staff behaviour excellent. wifi in -4th floor inactive. needs immediate attention. allotment of room not matching with invoice. this needs betterment. provision of umbrella is an additional necessity in moments of sudden rainfall.

the hotel is good location is also good but the property is a bit old complimentary breakfast was good but the ordered food was not so good you always have to ask for complimentary mineral water there is no lift you have to go to the basement if your room is Victoria daisy that is 3 floors down you can get the kanchenjunga view if the weather is clear and no clouds we had to ask for hair dryer which was already mentioned the blankets provided were very thin as the weather was very chilly in the night

Well first of all the location is excellent just beside rajbhavan . The view from the room is breathtaking . Mall Road market is at walking distance as well . Food is top notch with food served hot after taking order . Service is excellent as well with one of the the best staff and managers

Hotel in a good location. The price of food is very high but the quality and quantity is not good, where it is mentioned in Rules, not to bring any food from outside. Mobile network is very bad. Wifi doesn't work at all.
