We had a comfortable stay and staff at reception and restaurant were very courteous and welcoming but Summit Oakden Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) can make stay a little better by taking care of few misses as below: 1) No information around 'no parking' near Summit Oakden Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ). It should have been informed through call or message. 2) No wifi was available for 2 nights we stayed and internet wasn't working properly in the rooms. 3) Coffee delivered in room for charge was the ready to make one which we could have made with the dry milk and coffee in the room. It was not truly bad experience.

It's in one of the best locations in Darjeeling where you will get to view the incredible Kanchenjunga from your room. The mall is just a few minutes walk away. The Summit Oakden Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) staff were very polite and professional. The room service was excellent. All in all I had a great experience.

It was an amazing experience with a mesmerising view of Kanchankhenga lying in bed from room 304. Staff were well behaved and the property is near and clean. We did not eat and hence can't comment on food. Location is amazing and the overall ambience is perfect for a holiday. Must recommend.

Kaunchangunga view from room

Location is top notch. Hotel is near Raj Bhavan Darjeeling and it's a dreamy 10min walk from Mall Rd. Oakden offers Kaunchangunga view directly from rooms (2, 3rd floor) which is awesome. Appreciate the stay!

Upgraded to a lovely room with a view. Clean, comfortable, and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend, especially for a short stay. Note, there’s no parking space available.
