Review Of Summit Oakden Resort & Spa ( Mall Road )

Property is really nice. Stay was comfortable and staff is really very sweet and helpful. Mallika at the front desk was really a super host.

I was taken very good care at the property. It is located very close to the mall road and to the places of attraction in Darjeeling. The in house restaurant is good, and the rooms are very well maintained and provisioned.

Very nice ambience and service. Pramod ji, arangsa, suhana and mallika- they were exceptionally good with their hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Summit oakden Resort & Spa. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and attentive staff, and a great location. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit to Darjeeling. We’ll be back!

stay was amazing and very comfortable..i loved the ambience and the rooms were cleanly prepared..food was amazing .staffs were very courteous Ms Malika And arangsa from front desk were very helpful.Suhana whi prepared our room .i would definetly recommend this property and love to visit again.

Service is good . But the facilities given according to price is very expensive. After paying 5k per night , we got the no view option. Where there is no window. Room size is good but very old , Dumpy , No basic facilities

The bathroom amenities were poorly arranged, with moisturiser placed everywhere instead of shampoo and handwash. I gave my key card to the reception to have the room cleaned, but when I returned five hours later, it still hadn’t been cleaned. At that time, I was very tired and had to wait at the reception.

Very Good Staff and Also location is Excellent. we had A View of Kanchanjunga mountain from a room. The Restaurant staff is so Friendly and Homely feels

Good location and very good staffs. Only problem was with the washroom. There was no vanity mirror. The floor of the washroom was extremely slippery in absence of exhaust fan. Oh yes, there is no full size mirror in the room which is a must have for female traveller's.

i came along with my family and my stay was very comfortable at summit oakden,every staff from front desk to restaurant were very helpful and Ms.Malika fron front desk was very courteous and made our stay very memorable..excellent service would definitely come back.

1. Taxi not reachable to Hotel. 2. In two days stay, room was changed once to make comfortable the other guest who was supposed to arrive on next day. 3. Other guests got welcome offerings but receptionist not bothered to do so with us. Reason not known. 4. In breakfast time, very poor service. 5. Finally Manager apologised for such happenings when these issues were raised before him. Stay not worth.. Thanks.

Pathetic service.no electricity backup whole night electric was off.spa service was not available and even there was ni warm water and completely no water in basin
