Gorgeous Hotel with amicable and helpful staff. They are very accommodating and services are prompt and efficient. The spread of breakfast buffet also had considerable variety and the stay was very pleasant overall.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and handled everything with the highest level of professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every little detail carefully taken care of. The bed was cozy, and the room décor created a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The food was exceptional—whether it was breakfast or dinner, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and of top-notch quality. The restaurant staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The service throughout my stay was quick and efficient—every request was attended to promptly. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions. It has been such a wonderful experience since me and my friends arrived at Yashshree Hotel (Darjeeling). The room service was very good. The staff were nice and welcoming. The location is not that far from Chowrasta, it's nice and peaceful except the azaan from the nearby masjid which was very annoying as it's destroying the beauty of the place. My special thanks to all the staff who have been working very hard and giving their best service. I wish them, all the best for the future. Cheers ✌️

Staff was ok. Location isn’t that great. Parking is congested. Room was small. View is great. There was pigeons in between the roof. Could hear sounds while sleeping .

It was a very good stay. I enjoyed the view from there as it right in the middle if the market with the complete valley view. We had come to this hotel before also once and we had an excellent experience that time too. Also we wanted a different room the next day(not because anything was wrong, but we had special memory with that particular room the last time we stayed). They were gracious enough to do a partial refund for the second day even though it was a non refundable booking. Really appreciate the gesture from the hotel manager. All in all great experience staying at this place both the times.

Location is good just near to Mall Road however Delux rooms are very small and dark. Washroom was smelling odd and the room as well. Service was good .it's my third time staying there but this time experience is different compare to previous times. They really need to look after air circulation in room. It felt suffocating many times within room. We had a long journey before reaching the hotel and were tired from the travelling but had to change the room after the first night because of Pigeon problem. There was so much disturbance the whole night that we couldn't have a good sleep. Management - Poor Location - Average Food - Good Facilities - Good

I have given poor as it is a very old build hotel, which matches a bit of dharam shala. Poor quality of service at reception.. Valley view hotel was booked with premium however, here we could see small part of valley. Food was better.. Rest it was not worth the money paid at all.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I booked a premium room with valley view for 1day. The room was a bit small compared to what being said as PREMIUM ROOM. Might have been because that was the only room left for that day when we arrived. But the rest was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Very poor stay as per the value paid.. bed was too small as per king size.. the room was also very small.. no water in tap n shower.. it was dripping water.. even hot water was also not coming.. completely a bad experience

We can stay there merely 2 hours only. Experience was just disgusting. We asked them to change the room, but couldn't manage. Very bad experience

I have stayed in multiple hotels across the globe, however this time, yashree mall road was a flop for me, bed was too small and uncomfortale, receptionist palash was not up to the mark Bathroom door lockwas broken. I regret make my trip showed this as good hotel, wastage of my money

It was an amazing stay .. Everything was 10on 10. They kept a very very special request of mine . I had a very important business meeting on zoom and had to get a very high network connection and an exclusive room to attend the call. They arranged the same and made me happy about the entire experience. Mr Tapas was incredibly supportive and have just made my trip a memorable and will last in my mind for a long time. Stay was avarage at best this time. Though this hotels claims to be a 4 star one, still the following things were not satisfactory. 1. check in was not smooth, I had to wait for one hours for clean washroom. 2. most of the items for food menu was not available. 3. I asked for a fan as no ac in the room, but there was no fan provided. 4. I requested for 2 hours delayed check out event as the cost if extra money, but they simply denied, however, the check in was delayed by 3 hours for service. 5. Room Provided was very small considering the charge was almosg 6000/- per day.
