The stay was nice with a very beautiful attic room with attached balcony. The food was also tasty. They prepared what we requested for us. But one issue was there with the bathroom watter logging, which they need to take care of as soon as possible. The hostel staffs are very cooperative and nice. Overall very nice experience. Rooms are neat and clean.

From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that truly stood out. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — attentive, prompt, and deeply courteous. A special shoutout to Subashna at the front desk, who was simply outstanding. She handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a warm demeanor that made us feel valued and cared for. Whether it was a room-related query, travel assistance, or dining preferences, Subashna ensured everything was handled smoothly and always followed up to check if things were up to our expectations. She is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and elegance — spotlessly clean, spacious, and designed with thoughtful touches. The beds were extremely cozy, the lighting was just right, and the bathrooms were well-maintained with premium amenities. Every detail, right from linen to room fragrance, added to the experience. And the vegetarian food? Absolutely divine! The variety and taste left us amazed. Every dish — whether local or pan-Indian — was bursting with flavor, made using fresh ingredients and served with care. The buffet had something for every palate, and even the simplest dishes like khichdi or paneer butter masala tasted extraordinary. You could tell that the chefs cooked with heart. Overall, this hotel isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel truly looked after. Excellent hospitality, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and standout service from team members like Subashna made our visit truly memorable. Terrible Stay

it was a very bad experience , the rooms not as it is shown in the makemy trip. When I book the room it had shown that the beds are king size but in reality they don't have any king size beds they have only queen size beds and it's a totally veg hotel . Majemy trip should have mentioned that part but it was not. the view is not so great . Overall the experience was worst the only part is the staff of the hotel is very good . The staff was very helpful

The hotel was fine but they were not providing us heaters. Had to get in touch with customer care to get heaters from them and also for food there were very limited options as their tandoor was not set
