Great experience. perfect location and good rooms. first the location is too good and each and every point in Darjeeling is accessible easily from this. walkable distance from Darjeeling toy train and mall road. Food was really good in taste and reasonably priced. Room were designed well and was comfortable. only it was not that cold...as weather is changing but no fan is available . view from hotel was amazing... and loved the clear kanchjanga view

I booked a kanchenjunga view suites and the room was amazing with a balcony,which is difficult to find in Darjeeling. The room was spacious with a marvelous 180 degree view of the kanchenjunga mountains. Their hospitality is too good and the hotel is beautifully decorated. A must visit if you are in Darjeeling. Food is good, but variety is less. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!!!

I had booked a two days stay with the hotel after checking . However my reviews are as follows 1. It's fairly small hotel but not wow experience 2. Attic rooms are tiny room, and really felt like suffocating (so this room booking is not recommended) 3. Hotel is 3 years old, so rooms are neat and clean 4. location is good 5. I would strongly recommend to have food in the Hotels restaurant (Grain's).. it will satisfy all your hunger.. 6. Hotel tarrif is little higher than this hotel justifies..

The staff's behavior was fantastic...But the room size & bathroom size is comparatively small... There is not sufficient space on the balcony side,even one cannot stand while drizzling out there.Rain water comes inside & the balcony space becomes wet.Food quality ok..Another important thing is the water issue...Hotel management must watch the water is always available as I personally faced this issue 3-4 times within my 2 nights stay.. The power cut issue is also there.. There is too much power cut,& the generator service is not provided promptly.. So many issues are there.. Management must take action on it

Udaan Himalayan suites a place for peaceful and safe stay. I booked Kanchenjunga view family suite with balcony. It’s worthy for money. We had seen the Mountain View with a great joy. Service was so good. Good price and well maintained rooms. Food is very homely and harmless. Thanks to make my trip for giving good discounts. I appreciate the staff members of the hotel for their great service.

The room was very small and part of design just over the head on bedside. No laundry facility. Rude behavior.

Terrible Stay

Room category attic was terrible low ceiling with a size of storage room. Also the bed side setting was terrible which can hit ur head while sitting or standing. Worst experience ever. Also the services at restaurant was terrible
