Disaster experience ... misguided by Sumitel's staff. Lead us to wrong location and worst part was not taking any accountability by sumitel personnel, very unprofessional and uncoorporative behaviour. They have various properties in darjeeling, for earning money they contact customer and asking for room upgradation but when customer required any help or assistance they just ignore. No professional staff in front desk, stunt to know that managers were unaware of the whole situation, no responsibility towards guests, even openly they were saying it was not our fault, it's from central team. Dear traveller if you book this property then it will be your FAULT for sure. You'll suffer and nobody have any accountability. They just cheated their customer having no empathy towards their own customer.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sumit Vista, Darjeeling. I find the property through "MAKE MY TRIP". The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the hills, and it’s also quite convenient for exploring the town. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, giving a very comfortable feeling. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was tasty and fresh, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing trip to Darjeeling, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality. THNKS TO MAKE MY TRIP.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and had great décor, and the bed sheets were crisp. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. The staff were very attentive and made us feel comfortable. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too firm, but overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return".

Their facilities and behavior were not good they provide us room that was not environment friendly it was so hot in that room and suffocating also.we asked for fan they said no.Room's lock was not working properly they broke the lock we had to stand their for 2 hour after that they charges that lock cost by us we said them it was their fault but they forced us to give the lock price then we had to give them 500 rupees.

The hotel has an excellent service and well spacious modernised room & bathrooms with good amenities. Located on a higher spot it has a direct view to the Mount Kanchenjunga, the restaurant has a premium look with good quality and tasty food. The only issue lies in the limited parking but overall the hotel is amazing with friendly and professional staff.
