Review Of SUMITEL VISTA 800 METER FROM MALL ROAD

Location is very good and also the hotel.you can easily watch kanchenjunga view from the hotel room.You can also rent a scooty from just 2 shop away and explore darjeeling.

Behaviour is quite good but while checking out they certainly urge to pay the rest bill while we stated that we leave our bags and after coming bag we will take it but they refused

The hotel team was not supportive nature,

Their facilities and behavior were not good they provide us room that was not environment friendly it was so hot in that room and suffocating also.we asked for fan they said no.Room's lock was not working properly they broke the lock we had to stand their for 2 hour after that they charges that lock cost by us we said them it was their fault but they forced us to give the lock price then we had to give them 500 rupees.

Premium room with kanchenjunga view was value for money but deluxe room is average staff was polite overall a good experience

The hotel has an excellent service and well spacious modernised room & bathrooms with good amenities. Located on a higher spot it has a direct view to the Mount Kanchenjunga, the restaurant has a premium look with good quality and tasty food. The only issue lies in the limited parking but overall the hotel is amazing with friendly and professional staff.

Property is good although location is little far from mall. But the service of the hotel sumitel vista is not up to the mark. The is lack of coordination among internal departments of the hotel.

It was good staying there but quantity of staffs is very low i. E. The service was very low whether at buffet or at room service

We checked in but the room. Was horribly poor and shabby and the bed was queen size which was not fit for 3 people. We requested for an extra cot but the hotel said it was a chargeable 1500- per day. We moved to a separate hotel within an hour. Hotel people were not at all helpful and they did not bother at all while we moved out. I have moved with so much luggage and a 6 year old kid which was so difficult for us. It was so annoying and disappointing. I will. Never suggest anyone to book from makemytrip in future. I also told the hotel that they would take 1 day room fare and return the rest but they denied. I request to return my money. Your goodwill may remain intact if u refund my money. Or else i can post in social media about your service. Thanks for understanding.

The location is too upwards from mall road. The rooms does not have wardrobes and cupboards for keeping clothes. Requesting to at-least arrange two sofas in deluxe room as well where at least two persons can have lunch/dinner. Food of the hotel is good. Brunch breakfast was pretty average.
