We appreciate your good words about our food; however, we are disappointed that you did not find the location of our property according to your liking, and yes, we agree that the road leading to the hotel is steep as we are on an elevated plot of land. Being perched on the top is also an advantage because you get a wonderful view of the Kanchenjunga range. We do inform our guests about the inclined approach road and the non-availability of the lift at the time of booking. We truly regret that this was not brought to your notice.
