Very good location , a big reort with all time of facility available. Food quality is very good. All staff are very good co-operative. We will remember a night stay with Mayfair Himalayan Resort, Kalimpong.

The check-in part had a bit cold attitude from the front office team.. apart from the front desk team with their pricy attitude...the stay was good..

Stay was fine and the staff was helpful. Spa was also good. However, had to change room as the hot water wasn’t available.

Review Title: Wonderful Stay with Warm Hospitality, Slightly Rushed Checkout I had a wonderful stay at Mayfair Kalimpong. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly — they truly made every meal enjoyable with their warmth and attentiveness. In fact, all the hotel staff were very cordial and courteous, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The only small disappointment was during checkout — it felt a bit rushed. The bellboy came to the room before the official checkout time asking for the luggage, mentioning that our room was needed for new guests. This was surprising, especially since several fellow guests we met during our stay were able to check out later without any issue. Apart from that minor hiccup, everything else was absolutely exceptional. I would definitely recommend Mayfair Kalimpong for its charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

Hotel stay was awesome but I have complain regarding pI was asked to give request and I gave but hotel was not informed about those . This is really a disaster since it was a birthday celebration stay . Anyway hotel is lovely

Positive : The room and location of the property was great and awesome. The kanchenjunga view from the property was really stunning. Negative ; The food was not up to the mark. The swimming pool was not operational.

I feel this property is not good, most of the rooms doesn't have any view. The only view available with the Kanchan jangha section. Moreover, due to old property, most of the facility not maintained properly. We had a very bad time in this property. The food also average but costly. They send mail where mentioning their inability to provide buffet due to low occupancy. This is due to the above reason. However, property is quite. But in-house and quite without view you can understand. Before booking confirm with property the type of room and your meal plan. Average stay. Most rooms don't have view. Everything is expensive. Nothing provided in room. Their policy is the guest must call for toiletories, slippers, towel etc. I did not enjoy my stay at all. They don't even don't follow their own policy. It was expensive, senior staffs are not humble or polite. Did not feel like the way we thaught. We will never visit our stay at any Mayfair property.
