familyFrom outside, property looks nice. Location is also good. But rooms are terrible. We have stayed in ground floor rooms. Half of the things are broken. Very less light in room. Washroom was horrible. Rooms were not cleaned too.

This resort is situated in lataguri, just 5 minute walking distance from the lataguri jeep safari booking counter, if you are looking for safari then this is the best location. Apart from that the resort is situated between a tea garden and forest, you can walk around in the garden in morning and can easily spot peacocks. Very neat and clean property, with well behaved staffs. And the property manager mr. Ma-lay kaur is always keen to help. You can easily plan your travel by just consulting with him.

coupleLocation. Very secluded place. Calm and quiet Rooms. Sub standard rooms with basic amenities Food. Pretty bad, spicy and salty food. Breakfast has very limited items, leftover from previous days Internet. WiFi Internet is terrible unstable and slow Amenities. No room heater. Dining area is far away from room Warning. Not suitable for senior citizens or families with kids.

Nice location and wonderful service also resort staff behaviour very polite. Wise another time stay. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels i stayed during my time in hotel ! upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Pleasant stay. Good location. Rooms, bathrooms, lobby are clean and well maintained. Food is good although not much variety in the menu list. Overall nice experience. Car rent was higher, try to arrange car directly from local transport if possible, do not take car arranged by resort. It will save lots of money. Good luck.

Calm place to stay

The place is really good quite and calm. Though it is away from town but even it is reachable to local market place for any needs. The food menue is limited but the taste is really good and less spicy. Tahlis are available which are bengali homely food. The house keeping staff was cleaning the rooms and common area regularly.

Our stay at delight green heaven resort lataguri

Our stay was very comfortable. The location of the resort is just perfect to relax and unwind. The resort is equipped with all necessary amenities and staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food is reasonably priced and the hotel staff had arranged for transportation on request. We would definitely recommend this resort for a perfect stay in lataguri.

It was a memorable experience for us. We enjoyed it a lot. Staffs are very well behaved. Room service is very good. The view from the balcony is amazing 😍. We enjoyed the campfire 🔥 and the tribal dance. The manager malay is very decent. mr Arup sarkar, the property owner talked with us very gracefully. overall, we had a great stay here.
Absolutely fantastic safety measures have been taken! Standard is up high! I would like to assure you that you will not get disappointed.

familyI have to reiterate that the gorumara national park is not a very good place to visit as you may not see any wild animals during your stay and jungle safari. We have missed the watch tower location as the hotel person was misleading us continuously. The cottage is actually awesome. You can feel the real essence of staying amid-st of forest.

My person in the front desk did inform you about the outside ticket booking of gorumara national park for which you have to stand in queue early morning and that time you refused. We never promised any kind of booking part of car services or jungle booking and water tower services as the government is liable to provide these kinds of services. Excellent stay

The entire properly was very clean and well maintained. The staff, especially mr. Ma-lay and mr. Amit were extremely hospitable and accommodating for any needs that we had. The room was big and spacious and the property has a lot of open space. Right next to the property there was a tea estate and the forest if anyone wants to go for a nice walk in the nature.
