Service best... stay experience best...food best... swimming pool beautiful

Please don't stay in the hotel no electricity at night...no staff and they will argue & shout like they are the guest

view location all good however at night around 3.30am suddenly I realised there is no electricity. I tried to call the reception and other service number but no one picked up the call. After that I heard noises coming from my room near washroom,I saw few cockroaches roaming around near the dustbin and bedroom area then when I opened the washroom it was full of cockroaches roaming around.I called again no response from the hotel.Outside it was dark hence I stayed in the room and around 6pm still no electricity then they changed the room!So for approx 3 hours it was horrible experience for me.Hotel person didnot bother,didnot apologise.It seems they are aware of this and doesn't care!

Actual Room Fair Ratio & Room Quality It's r Different, Room Condition is Bad .

Rooms were terrible , looks like haunted house,paint & plaster falling from walls, partiality on guests treatment not behave same with all guests,Formalities and behaviour not good. Not provided proper assistance by the hotelier.even when we check out on that time no one present on this property, non professional employees

The only good thing was the pool site, rooms weren't upto the mark, also the food needs improvement.

overall it was a nice stay... the pool is the main attraction which is very well maintained. The food was average though.

after prepaid booking didn't get room . they accomodated us to another property which was not up to the mark as compared to hotel which we booked ...

Overall the experience is good! staff's behaviour was got. very well maintained property. But according to the price of food the quality is not that much, i hope it will get improved.

It’s near mangalbari inside the tea garden . Food was god but not excellent. Amenities is pleasant for everyone. Service need little bit to improve and timeliness.

very beautiful and clean property ... i just loved it. ambience was great, pool was fantastic, room were very airy and clean , food were good and the staff’s behaviour were very good .... over i just loved it and worth it.

I was satisfied with the location and property but they needed to work hard on their food it was not up to the level.If they decrease their food price and increase the test it will be mind-blowing.So make my trip it not the best and not the worst we can say average .

Hotel washroom was very dirty also rooms are not well cleaned bedsheets are old not satisfy

hotel good need some cleaning.. dogs are moving in campus. so that should be taken care

One of the worst experience at cherry wood. 1 room stinging 2 just one staff who caters everything. 3 breakfast was serve with fully cold because we opt including breakfast. 4 room was fully dammed. 5 extra bed and blanket was in very bad shape. So my suggestion please not promote this property. *actual image vs reality was very bad. 5

Only swimming pool is ok. Food is not upto the mark but excessively higher priced. Rooms are ok.

My stay with ruposhi bangla e co resort was just fine. Property is good with a peaceful environment. Away from the city. The only two issues we faced is that: the toilet, bathroom and the room furniture was a bit soiled. The bathroom especially could have been clean. It's not maintained well. The table and chair was marked up. Not properly cleant. Another major issue was the lights. Which was on and off. Went off and came on nearly 18 times. Due to which the fuse for our building had a short circuit damage and we were without electricity the whole night. So you could well imagine, in the heat how we managed the night. This was terrible without even a fan. They should ensure these basic things are maintained else how are the guests gonna have a peaceful stay.
