As soon as I entered, I found a centipede near the bed. Hotel staff came with a stick and killed it. When I asked for room cleaning, the answer was it is a forest area so it is normal. I had to continue with the same room with my baby. It was a scary night. No remote for the TV was provided even after I asked multiple times.

we planned to stay there for 3 days but we were compelled to check out in 1 day due to toxic environment .such as the manager and his partner are devoid of any kind of etiquette.they are ill mannered and have no quality to be host.though the subordinates were comparatively well behaved.Moreover,they gave us Chandragupta kind of pile of papers to be signed at the arrival mindlessly.Moreover,food quality is below average served in unhygenic restrurant with lots of flies and spiderwebs.They served and just vanished and never came twice to ask for anything.Rooms and bathroom were yucky.Even they dont talk with open mouth they just replied with eyes whatever we asked for. Overall third class stayation .negetively 0000% recommended.

Food quality was very good, ambiance of the property was also very good, and the cleanliness and hospitality was also on the top.

We have visited here with family on 12th of Feb 2025 and must say that we had a very pleasant stay.. The property is very neat and clean.. swimming pool and lawn is very well maintained...staffs r also very good and polite... Rooms and Bathrooms r superb... Overall it’s a very good property in Lataguri right beside the National Highway...

The accommodation system is average. Room service also needs to be improved. Basically food quality is not standard as rate taken from customer

It was really a great experience in hotel as the service was really very good as well as the staff were very cooperative. The only thing I disliked was the booking with make my trip and really they don't have customer support.
