Poor Stay
room was very dirty and the toilet was stinky , the AC was not working and the service was also really late and slow

Pleasant Stay
We have visited here with family on 12th of Feb 2025 and must say that we had a very pleasant stay.. The property is very neat and clean.. swimming pool and lawn is very well maintained...staffs r also very good and polite... Rooms and Bathrooms r superb... Overall it’s a very good property in Lataguri right beside the National Highway...

Higiene
Bathroom was not clear, blanket was smelly. Location is good no need to search to much. Food was average. Staff was friendly.

Pleasant stay
The location was very nice, near to Road. Food was excellent. Service was good, cleanliness was nice. Staff behavior was very nice and helpful. Room was good and clean and was spacious. Overall, pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay
It was really a great experience in hotel as the service was really very good as well as the staff were very cooperative. The only thing I disliked was the booking with make my trip and really they don't have customer support.

Nice room in such a remote area. One should come and enjoy the peaceful area in dooars( Lataguri)

Average stay
Room was supposed to be provided at 12 pm. Even I called them earlier. But the room was given to me at 2 pm. Had to make my family wait for 1.5 hours in the reception area. Bathroom flush was not working, which is a serious drawback. If you order for lunch or dinner then please order in advance, they will take a lot of time to serve. Location is good. View is good. Food quality is better.
