Stay was good but breakfast they give rediculous.Room clean but phone not working every time when need something have to go reception

Stay is not good, room phone not working , my room was booked included breakfast but they dont provide breakfast buffet.

nice, excellent cordial service with prompt attention. Worth staying. Food quality is also delicious & tasty.

Property is good but Swimming pool water is not cleaned, and Resort stuffs was not well mannered or trained to handle customers.

Hospitality was superb. Each member of that hotel are extremely well behaved. Environment is good and well decorated

The place is awesome to stay and the housekeeping is were very effcetive and s milling food is also very delicious and the food was cooked accordingly to our needs overall every thing was nice

It was awesome stay. And the behaviour of the staff was excellent specially the staff called bap-pa was very nice to us. The food was too good. The room was neat and clean and the property was wel maintained.

The staffs were very good and polite and helpful. Overall service was satisfactory. Food was ok.

it was a great trip for us. specially for kids. they have enjoyed a lot as well as we also enjoyed. swimming pool side we had great fun. we did rain dance also with music. food was very good. everything was nice we enjoyed. thank you so much make my trip you made our day. 😊❤

Very good property, location food room all good.

When i reached hotel, they said they didn't got the voucher from mmt. Customer care took approx 15 min to resolve the issue and then 30 min by hotel staff. After driving of 9 hr for me this is not acceptable. Anyway. Room wqs provided, i booked the best category room thinking that service should be good there. When checked in at around 8 pm at that time only i asked them to provide chicken fried rice. After following up more than 5 times they provided my diiner at 1015 pm. Now. Spoon was not provided. I had my dinner with serving spoon. Morning 9. 30 i got reminder from front desk about the check out time that it's 10 am. I told him that i will ch k out by 1030. On 1002 i got call to check out, when i said that i asked for 1030 the reply was make it quick. What the hell is this. Now. For my driver they provided him accommodation at lab-our room fullnof smoke. After complaint shifted him to another place. At check out they charged 500 for his stay and for the same no bill was provided. Over priced.

But everything food rate is very high

Totally amazing experience, best place to stay, best food and quite friendly staff. Full privacy and best suggestions and advices given by staff for travel-ling and other options. Totally clean and tidy rooms. One of the best travel expreience. Specially thanks to manager mr rakesh ji.

Good quality food & wonderful service make this resort one of the best in that segments. It was safe to stay with family. Stay on a tent is so good

The room was very expensive and the size of the room was like a match box.
