Review Of ADB KANVAS Lataguri

The location of the hotel is good , gorumara national park is very near and anyone can enjoy forest rides there।

It didn't have a lift and our room was on the topmost floor, the house keeping never cleaned room even after asking multiple times. The food was average and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet only had 2 items....so ideally not a buffet

My experience with ADB was superb to be honest. From the staff's behaviour to the food everything was very good. Apart from that the environment was so cosy and homely. Thank you so much *ADB Kanvas* and *Makemytrip*

The crowd was very loud and were hooligans. But room service was good. Overpriced food. Rooms were not clean

The property is in a good location and very easy to find the location from anywhere between ngp and bagdogra. It is a huge resort with the facility of kids swimming pools and adults too, but unfortunately the adult pool we were unable to use as it is not completed yet, so we are quite upset about that, although for kids, there is plenty of space available. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed and we got quite nice room to stay, but the double bed is comparatively small than others. Room service was good a and food too and the staff behaviour was good too. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family too to go and stay in that resort and i will give 10 out of 7, thx.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. "the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. "the location was perfect - close to the city center and attractions. "the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. "the hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. "the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and the facilities were top-notch.

The ambiance and amenities were lovely. It’s an auspicious and family friendly resort. The staff were kind and friendly. Very welcoming nature. Food quality was good.

The property is great. There's ample open space, pool, swing-set, even rabbits and ducks on the property. We had reached here 2 hrs before the official check-in time and then still let us in without any concerns. Additionally, we had booked a cottage, however, due to unavailability, they upgraded up free of cost to a forest-view room. The room was big and had big glass windows which provided a great view. The food is great (decently priced and super tasty) and they provide room service and pack the food really nice when they bring it to the room. This place is also rented out for destination weddings. During my stay there however, i felt the services could be a bit better. The internet was not working at all. Also, they had not written the internet and password details and made it available in the beginning. We had to call them up and find it out, and even after we did, the internet didn't work. The intercom was not working as well and in spite of providing the feedback, i didn't see them doing anything about it. There's also a drain towards the back of the property and it smelled a bit. Having said that, these are minor inconveniences. The people were generally nice and helpful and overall, this is a good stay.
