Undoubtedly the best hotel in Siliguri. From the moment I arrived, the team set a high standard for hospitality that never wavered. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth, assisted me with a quick check-in, and offered a refreshing welcome drink. Breakfast at The Siliguri Kitchen was a highlight. The buffet had a rich spread — fresh fruits, continental options, and a live station for dosas and eggs and desserts were to die for. What impressed me most was how attentive the restaurant staff were. Chef Subhamoy’s behaviour was truly commendable - polite, humble and genuinely caring towards every guest. He took the time to greet us personally, patiently listened to our preferences, and made us feel at home. They even arranged a lovely farewell at the restaurant. This was probably my third stay here and I’m looking forward to visit again and again.

Everything was as expected of Five Star Hotels. But continental breakfast at the breakfast spread was not up to the mark but then also it was o.k. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Food quality at the Siliguri Kitchen Restaurant is also really good. Room size is pretty decent with all necessary amenities. Lounge reception area is comparatively small in comparison to other star hotels.

Front desk team was pathetic. However I am a frequent visitor there but this time team was very unprofessional and rude. The front desk manager was also very unprofessional and tried her best to spoil our family trip. Even there was two kids with us they took almost 2 hrs to complete all our check ins some of the rooms category was changed without our consent. And even after lots of discussions they were zero bothered. Very disappointed this time. Need to work a lot on front desk team and the manager.

EGuests Treated Like Outsiders!

l’m absolutely shocked and furious with the experience I had this morning at Courtyard by Marriott. When I went to use the swimming pool, I was stunned to see it completely occupied by local kids taking swimming lessons, with instructors all over the pool and their mothers lounging around the entire area. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel – it felt like a public coaching center! When I asked a hotel staff member about it, I was rudely told, “Dip your leg in if you want, or come after an hour – there’s a class going on.” Seriously? I paid to stay at a premium hotel and I’m being asked to “dip my leg” in the pool like I’m doing them a favor? I immediately went to the reception to complain, and shockingly, they justified it saying, “They’re paying for it” – as if the paying guests staying in the hotel don’t matter! Apparently, these classes run in the morning AND evening, which means hotel guests have no proper access to the pool during most parts of the day. What a complete joke! I felt like an unwanted outsider in a place where I paid to relax. Guests are being treated like freeloaders, while the management prioritizes outside business over in-house guests. If you’re planning to stay here hoping for a peaceful and premium experience – DON’T! This place cares more about outsiders than its own paying guests. Shame on the management. This is NOT the Marriott experience I expected. Never again. Let me know if you'd like to tone it down or make it even sharper.
