Green Touch Dooars Eco Resort

Great stay at the property located between tea gardens on both sides. Mr sivaji managing the property is a true gem and most importantly a warm person. He helped us plan the safari at both gorumara and jaldapara. Had called him multiple times due to change in plans etc, and he was always accommodating every single time. I must say the way he manages everything, personalized experience in ordering food early to manage peak rush and simplicity of staff was the outstanding part. As a feedback, i would request management to get the children slides, chairs outside the balcony rooms etc a touched up/revamped as they seem to be a bit dated. Also, the taxi operator joy da recommended setup the 3 day trip perfectly with great knowledgeable drivers. Overall a fantastic stay, will certainly plan a trip again!

Food is awesome and price is also reasonable. Specially try chilly chicken and chicken kossa. Room is spacious and clean. Surroundings environment is also very nice. But old rooms need more precautions from insects. Manager Shivaji is also very cooperative and helpful.

Lovely resort, familiar atmosphere, nice food. Overall experience is excellent.
