CHAS Sanderling Hotel, Darjeeling, HD Lama Road

It was horrible experience because I have booked the hotel for 3 bed room and they have given me 2 Bed room (small) with extra mattress which means we have to spend night at floor. They even requested to change the hotel also as they have already given 3 Bed room to some other guest. After intervention of MMT customer executive they offer little larger room. Location is also horrible I do not recommended this hotel to any one. I am attaching the photo of toilet and rooms for more useful of my review. Service is also pathetic.

Room looks good. In fact whole interior looks good. But services are worst. I will never book it anymore. Location is very bad and congested. Foods are bad. They take almost 1hr to deliver ordered food.

Hotel Sandrup, HD Lama Road

The hotel was average in all aspects and it's absolutely not worth your money. The location is a disaster which will spoil the mood of your trip as you need to pass by the garbage and murky lanes to reach there.

Location not that good. Room very nice, food was nice. Room service and hospitality nice. But didn't serve the breakfast in the room because we were to check out in one day. They told they won't serve the breakfast as there are less workers there but we saw them serving in the other rooms.

Hotel Mohit, HD Lama Road

Their is no room service for any kind of food. We arrived at 2:30 pm and have asked for lunch on payment. Answer was that we will get it after 30 minutes. On asking at 3 pm, again the answer was same. The food given in the buffet breakfast was served with fungus bread. Even after telling at the reception their response was zero. They were not caring for any feedback by the customers.

There is no room service in hotel. Wi-Fi was not working. The staff was serving fungus bread in their buffet breakfast. Even after informing at the reception, they have very bad response. Their staff had not any effect, even after telling them about the problems.
