I want to tell that this hotel was the worst experience of my life. Also, the staff behaved badly. The biggest problem I faced was taking my own car to the hotel. The hotel is located 2 km below the mountain and on the dirtiest roads. It is very difficult to take your car to the hotel in such a narrow lane. Also, one's condition becomes worse while reaching the hotel on foot and in the day. There is a no entry. You cannot take your car out on your own. If you want to take your car up, the hotel provides a driver who charges Rs. 500 for taking the car up. So, any customer who goes there should take a decision after thinking carefully and avoid this hotel. There is a very best hotel on the road towards the top.Thank you.

Hotel was good and room are clean and Mountain View in my first morning in Darjeling is very beautiful like a I’m living in heaven,the heritage hotel manager are very polite, helpful and staff is also good. Breakfast and dinner is also good,and a girl who serve the food her name is balika so cute and very nice girl overall my review is the heritage hotel is best for low budget friendly and amazing view

Location- 1. Totally different direction of what you are seeing on Maps. Location is almost 2 km from the downhill of Chawk Bazar. The road is not safe after sundown because there is no street light. The road is almost 30-45° downhill and totally zig zag. Thank God we had bike otherwise we wouldn't be able to reach the hotel. (no other transport available to go there). As we were not able to find the hotel we requested if someone could come at Chawk bazar and guide us. But hotel said to take help from local vendors for guidance and disconnected the call. As we have already paid to MMT Otherwise would not have boarded to hotel. 2. Dirty rooms- There are gutka spits on the windows of the room. 3. Dirty washroom- There is yellow stickyness on the toilet seat. when we requested hotel management to clean it they informed that after check-out only they can clean the room and washroom. There is no daily cleaning of room and washroom available. 4. Restaurant Service- we have ordered a Chicken Club sandwich and Chicken soup at 5:17 pm but after multiple follow ups they provided the order at 6:44 pm. They took almost 1.5 hr to make a simple sandwich and Chicken soup. The food was not good at all.

I recently stayed at The Heritage Darjeeling and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the comfort of the rooms to the warmth of the staff. However, there were a few minor points worth mentioning. The breakfast provided was just average—nothing extraordinary and could be improved in terms of variety and quality. Also, the location, while beautiful, is a bit challenging to access, so it might not be convenient for everyone to reach easily. Despite these small drawbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend The Heritage Darjeeling for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

We stayed here for a day during our bike trip to Darjeeling. The property offers safe parking, the staff is very polite, and the deluxe room was well with no view considering the budget stay. Overall, it’s good value for money. The only minor issue is that the approach road to the main road is a bit challenging.

Location is very terrible. The way to reach property is not proper. Room is smelly. There is space but not freedom to explore. Staff are not cooperative. Service are very delayed.

the view from the hotel was good but the transportation is very bad the hotel is on the lower part of the main town so you have to either walk all the way or need to use cab

Rooms were neat and clean , washrooms are well sanitized and view from the rooms were amazing. Foods have a genuine price.Although I face a little difficulty in locating the hotel but overall experience was really good.
