The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar

Stay was good, rooms are spacious, hot water is available round the clock, Wi-Fi is good and so in food. Parking is there but tricky for pickup trucks(in my case). Road leading to The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar is narrow so no problem for folks coming by taxi, but for folks with self driven vehicles it is tricky, narrow and lot of sharp hilly curves on busy chawk bazar road leading to The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar. But it is doable considering one is already there driving and has patience. Area adjoining to the property is very densely populated ( so is whole Darjeeling). No fans though as mentioned in property description(not needed though, but they should mention accurately). Staff is very cooperative and helpful and polite. Staff came on two wheeler at 2130 at chowk bazar to guide me with directions to reach The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar and helped with parking. Overall good and pleasant property.

So I went to Darjeeling with my husband and we were looking for a cozy stay. I saw expensive The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajars ad well, but they were so busy and also as being on the main road did not provide the view. But here I found the room so clean, spacious, and cozy with breath taking view, as exactly shown in pictures. The staff so very sweet and professional. I opted the room with breakfast. The food was really fresh and hygienic. I must say when next time if I visit Darjeeling again, I am definitely visiting The Heritage for sure. 💝💝💝

it's a good homestay with good view room..though a bit far from mall road but if anyone likes a quiet atmosphere then the The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar is the right option..share taxi is available from goenka taxi stand..taxi charge is 10/ rupees downhill to mangal puri paner dokan at Victoria road. the The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar has a parking facility of its own.

I had a wonderful stay! The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was absolutely charming, peaceful, aesthetically pleasing. The staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the overall delightful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Truly a gem!

Room is very nice. Location is bit far from mall , you have to take shuttle van which will cost you 20 rupees to go chawl bazaar from there you have walk about 15 minutes to reach mall road. People are very helpful. Even food is also good.

Though the location a bit down the hill but amenities and staff were excellent

Good staff and management , especially restaurant staff, served us well and well behaved .

The behaviour was good, good view , peaceful area , very much disciplined , good care for the customer .

nice The Heritage, 15 mins from Chawk Bajar but too far from mall road,taxi charges 300 to reach mall road.so taxi is more expensive

the property was in a quiet place away from the rush of markets view room is a must for everyone it has breath taking views of the mountains and valleys from the room
