Excellent service was provided by the property. Lightning response to anything you demand .Good variety of food at breakfast.They provided early check in and twin bed room without extra charge.Nice welcome jesture from them.The steep slope at the entrance is the only area they can improve upon.

Very good property. Its 1 KM away from main mall road but still in the middke of busy streets (so everything is available nearby) and shared taxis are plenty. Staff, amenities and food quality are all good. Cherry on top was functionality GYM which I used almost everyday. Highly recommended!

🛑 Ramada Hotel – बेहद निराशाजनक और गेस्ट से जबरन पैसे वसूलने वाला अनुभव 🚫 मैंने हाल ही में Ramada Hotel में तीन कमरे दो दिन के लिए MakeMyTrip से बुक किए थे, लेकिन यह अनुभव अत्यंत ही निराशाजनक और परेशान करने वाला रहा। सबसे बड़ी समस्या होटल स्टाफ के व्यवहार और उनके फर्जी रवैये को लेकर रही। हमने अपने पूरे प्रवास के दौरान आयरन का एक बार भी इस्तेमाल नहीं किया क्योंकि हम ट्रैवलिंग में थे और अपने कपड़े लॉन्ड्री में ही देते हैं जो धुले और प्रेस होकर आते हैं। फिर भी, चेकआउट के समय होटल का एक स्टाफ टूटे हुए आयरन को लेकर आया और झूठा आरोप लगाया कि यह हमारे कमरे से मिला है। हद तो तब हो गई जब हमारे सामने ही वह स्टाफ वह टूटा हुआ आयरन किसी और रूम से लाकर हमारे नाम पर थोपने लगा। हमने साफ कहा: 1️⃣ पहली बात – आप किसी दूसरे रूम का आयरन लाकर हमारे कमरे का बता रहे हैं, यह गलत है। 2️⃣ दूसरी बात – जब आप आयरन के ₹2460 ले ही रहे हैं, तो हमें वह आयरन दीजिए — लेकिन स्टाफ वह भी देने को तैयार नहीं था। तभी जाकर मजबूरी में उन्होंने वह टूटा हुआ आयरन हमें दिया। यह पूरी हरकत एक स्पष्ट धोखाधड़ी थी और होटल गेस्ट को फँसाकर पैसे वसूलने की कोशिश कर रहा था। 🛎 इसके अलावा, रूम डाइनिंग सर्विस भी अत्यंत खराब रही: – यदि आप कुछ ऑर्डर करते हैं, तो स्टाफ 3-4 बार फोन कर-करके याद दिलाता है कि "इसके पैसे लगेंगे", जैसे गेस्ट को ये जानकारी नहीं हो! – बार-बार कॉल करने और असंगठित सर्विस के कारण डिलीवरी में 1 से 1.5 घंटे तक की देरी हो जाती है। 🔻 निष्कर्ष: ❌ ₹2460 का झूठा चार्ज — दूसरे रूम का टूटा आयरन हमारे नाम पर थोपने की कोशिश ❌ विरोध करने पर ही टूटा आयरन वापस दिया गया ❌ रूम डाइनिंग में बार-बार अनावश्यक कॉल ❌ स्टाफ का व्यवहार असभ्य और गैर-जिम्मेदाराना ❌ Ramada जैसे ब्रांड का नाम खराब कर रहा है यह होटल ⚠️ सलाह: इस होटल में रुकने से पहले सौ बार सोचें। Ramada का नाम सुनकर यहाँ बुकिंग न करें, क्योंकि न तो यहाँ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार मिलेगा और न ही निष्पक्षता। ये होटल गेस्ट को "कमाई का ज़रिया" समझता है, न कि मेहमान।
