Location is really good easily accessible to all important places. Great Location and Property, But Restaurant Needs Improvement

The location of the property is excellent, and the infrastructure is well-built. The front desk/reception team was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the positive experience. However, a few areas need improvement. The ventilation inside the property isn't great — it often feels stuffy and poorly aerated. Additionally, the restaurant service left much to be desired. It is noticeably under-staffed, which leads to delays and a lack of attention during meals. The restaurant in-charge, Ms. Pratiksha, seemed more focused on collecting reviews from senior citizens — many of whom are not very tech-savvy. In some cases, she was typing the reviews herself, which didn’t seem entirely appropriate and took away from guest service. Overall, while the stay had its good points, the dining experience needs attention for a more consistent level of service across the property.

Property location is on lower Gangtok bypass road. Anyone travelling with own car it’s a good option. Hotel kitchen is veg but breakfast option is good enough. Premium view room is not worthy because only opposite site Hotel can be seen from that. Instead of that take higher variant room else take budget friendly Premium non view room. Behaviour of staff is extremely well.

They have provided a very small room and the water was also cold even when they geyser was on, the staff calls you frequently to inform you about the checkout.

coupleThe hotel is very well decorated and rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only problem with the hotel is its water issues. There is a plumbing problem due to which hot water is never available. Management needs to address this issue. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.
