The location of the property is excellent, and the infrastructure is well-built. The front desk/reception team was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the positive experience.
However, a few areas need improvement. The ventilation inside the property isn't great — it often feels stuffy and poorly aerated. Additionally, the restaurant service left much to be desired. It is noticeably under-staffed, which leads to delays and a lack of attention during meals.
The restaurant in-charge, Ms. Pratiksha, seemed more focused on collecting reviews from senior citizens — many of whom are not very tech-savvy. In some cases, she was typing the reviews herself, which didn’t seem entirely appropriate and took away from guest service.
Overall, while the stay had its good points, the dining experience needs attention for a more consistent level of service across the property.
