Regarding parking, we would like to clarify that we clearly mention across all platforms that our property does not have in-house parking. However, we do provide parking options just a few metres away, and we also have a dedicated drop-off and pick-up point right in front of the hotel where we assist guests with unloading luggage and smooth arrivals/departures. We’re equally surprised to hear about your experience with the tea and pakodas, as we have not received negative feedback about our food earlier. Even so, we will definitely look into this to ensure consistency and better quality. As for the power backup, we do have full backup available for all our rooms, and no room remains without power—even during an outage. We regret if there was any confusion regarding this. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Regarding the room quality, all our room photos are clearly available online for full transparency, so guests know exactly what they are booking. Fans and bathrooms are available in all our rooms, so we’re unsure what may have caused this confusion. As for the bucket, we do provide them on request. If we had known during your stay, our team would have delivered one to your room right away—we’re sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly. About the room size, it is mentioned on all our listings as per the category booked. And for heating, all rooms with AC also come with a hot AC option, and we additionally provide room heaters on request to ensure comfort.
