I booked a m. g. marg city view super deluxe room, but i was allotted a mountain view room. Also there was no TV in the room or restaurant in the hotel as mentioned in the MMT app. This was a very unprofessional approach by MMT. I could have called MMT at that time and complained, but I stayed calm at that time as there was so much rush for hotels in Gangtok. MMT should look into this matter. It is a professional hotel booking app. It should not represent false facts in the app.

There no better location in Gangtok . Hotel doesn't provide even mineral water on payment . Rooms are spacious, comfortable but damp and not maintained continuously. Counter staff needs to be little polished and polite. I was told to cancel the booking on requesting a senior citizen friendly room

Excellent Stay

Located in the ♥️ of M G Marg, Gangtok, the stay here is a value for Money. The Rooms , esecially the Wash Rooms are very clean. It is a freshly renovated property, hence don't go by the ratings in MMT. The Manager Mr. Rai & all the staffs here are always there at your service & ready to help. Communication wise also you can get plenty of cabs just a stone throwing distance away 👍🏼

Totally bad. The manager name is ray who misbehaved with us and we leave hotel early morning. His voice was very hard to us and we feel so bad hence leaving hotel early morning and grab another one

Location wise okay, room size is okay, no room amenities. No charging point, no television, no room heater available, window locks are broken in both room and washroom, floor and bed are left unclean, no basic toilet kit is given, no food available in hotel. Do not stay.
