stayed in Balcony room. location - Perfect view of mall road n hills. walkable from mall road and easily accessible food - very nice preparation. and fast service staff- Restaurant staff was very polite and good. rest everyone was good too overall perfect stay.

Our stay at the Kingsway boutique hotel was excellent. We were greeted by the staff upon arrival. They even upgraded our room to a suite room. One can enjoy a pleasant view of Kanchenjunga both from the room and the balcony. MG road is easily accessible as well. Overall it's been a pleasant experience!!

The best hotel to stay in gantok. The rooms are so well maintained. A big shoutout to their restaurant, the food has been top notch.

clean and neat room, worth the price, no fuss and good service. Close to MG road, so I did taste the food. Only con is the fact that you need to walk up from MG road to kazi road, but that is Gangtok for you!

The hotel is very close to the famous mall road ( mg Marg). The hotel provides good vegetarian food and also basic amenities in the rooms. I love to stay.

The room was good so was the location but while booking I forgot to mention the no.of people to stay in the room and during check in they asked me to pay extra 1000 rupees for the same room.

a very neat and clean hotel with a reasonable rate. all basic facilities are provided. thank you all for amazing Hospitality. I recommend it to everyone, especially for vegetarian tourists. hotel served only vegetarian food

My stay was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and always available 24/7 to help. The room was even better than I expected — spacious, clean, and well-equipped with top facilities. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking. Had a great experience overall!

I find through make my trip, it was near MG mark the hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff response was very good and hotel maintenance is outstanding.

You will not get anything unless you ask and there's no guarantee that you will get it even if it is bare minimum. Bedsheets are dirty and their justification is that they washed it. If stains can't be removed, why not replace? That will switch off geyser at night and you'll have to request them to switch on it. Overall terrible stay.

Room we're good service was decent but bathroom was too small and smelly
