The location of this hotel is good and the behavioral staff is also good. hotel is neat and clean.

Nice and comfortable stay, no disturbance, nice ambience. but no view from the window.

experience was soo bad I have booked an exicutive room.this was the most expensive room of this hotel.when I went to the hotel i found out my room was on 4th floor.and the worst part is there is no elevator.and service was also not good

The hotel was in a very good location. But the restaurant is not available.

We booked Executive at very affordable price. the room was big and clean. It had a big window. The staff was polite and helpful. WIFI was also working .

The hotel located on MG marg which is prime location in Gangtok. Clean and cozy room. Superb hospitality by staff. At the downstairs there is restaurant, we had breakfast and dinner, the tase was good.

It's ok. Room was nice and clean. But no Room service is available for Everyday.

Staff Behaviour is Good. But the room condition was terrific. AC is not working. Bathroom was not clean. Basin tap was not working. No water comes from basin. Horrible room.

First of all, I was not accepting this much from this hotel because I got it in a very affordable price. Basically I booked it because it is on the MG mark .when I reached there, the room was clean enough and well furnished but i wanna take a moment to appreciate the stuff whose name is DANIEL I found the stuff very cooperative, I couldn't bring my slippers, so he gave me his own slipper. The small gesture makes our trip the best.

The property is in the heart of gangtok and the staff Daniel was very good cooperative and helpful , who made our journey awesome by arranging my trip awesome.

Nice location , located in the middle of MG marg market, very nice staff , very clean rooms,lots of eating options nearby

The hotel is located at the m. G. Marg, location is good, room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and welcoming, but, people travel-ling with old people should reconsider as there are loads of stairs. View from the room is restricted as there is a new building being constructed in front. They bring food from the restaurant downstairs if ordered.

The property location was at the back side of dingy lane surrounded by buildings.. the stairs to reach the hotel was not clean.. Room was very damp and the ambience was claustrophobic. No T. V connection.. kettle was not working..

Toilets were dirty, pillow covers had big stains. Broken water heater was provided.As shown in photo no window view is provided.

No room service no room clean no any response from reception

ठीक-ठाक कह सकते हैं बहुत अच्छा नहीं बजट होटल है बहुत अच्छा नहीं अगर सस्ता होटल देख रहे हो तो ठीक रहेगा
