Service is not at all upto the mark. Stuff is less. Kitchen capacity is also very less. They have big restaurant but stuff is not adequate. Other things. Room cleaning stuff is also not doing their job properly

Location is good, rooms are not smelling, g geyser was properly working, booked the hotel through mmt aap

They're totally ma-kin us fool, no service at time, actually no service at all, rooms are like dharmshala, all the photos lead us to misunderstanding about the hotel, very bad quality of food, no proper behavior has been seen in any of the staff

Half the amenities provided weren't functional. The bathroom is too untidy. Bathroom lights, exhaust fan, tv and other lights weren't working.

The location of the property was ok. But the hotel dont have any professionalism. This hotel is run by couple, who take care of everything. They don't have sufficient staff to cater so many rooms. I opted for suite room which was pathetic no lights in the room. There was water leakage. They have television which dont work. The restaurant is not functional. I will definitely not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Furthermore, dont ask for any help from them as they keep commission on every small things. Pls go for gangtok prime hotel which just beside them or you can opt for manna dechen palmo. Pls dont waste your money by just booking them

My two-day stay at hungry jacks was a terrible experience. Here are the key points: 1. Room service was extremely poor. It was a nightmare. I had to call 5-6 times just to get drinking water to my room. When the water finally arrived, one side of the bottle was covered in tobacco spit. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner spoke to me rudely. One day, they even ran out of water bottles. Getting food delivered to my room also required multiple calls. Food quality is also sick 2. The photos of the executive room with a balcony are misleading and do not match reality. 3. Despite the high price, the amenities were lacking. Only wifi was satisfactory. The bathroom amenities consisted of a neem soap bar and a single suns-ilk pouch, which is subpar compared to even a 2-star hotel. 4. The location is the only good thing about this hotel, but they do not have parking space. I would recommend booking for a similar price but with much better service, hospitality, hygiene, and promptness. Save yourself from ruining your trip mood.

Room services and reception behaviour is not good

It is good experience to stay in bliss hungry jack hotel. Service is not very excellent. But we stay comfortably.

The experience was not that great as even after informing that we will reach late at night no one was there to open the door

This hotel is situated right next to mall road, u just have to take a long staircase to reach into mall road. Hungry jack's management is very nice and professional, they can arrange you cab rides and tours for sikkim. We booked the deluxe room with view and it was the best view in gangtok! excellent rooms, with well equipped bathrooms, well furnished, lighting, soft bed, sofa, table, geyser and jaquar fittings. My wife and i will come here again and again.

Very bad service of restaurant. Multiple times they deliver wrong food items.

My stay here was terrible, first of all the staffs were not at all humble . Secondly the door latch was broken and the maintenance were done only after our check in .. Thirdly there was no toiletries inside the bathroom and also the telephone wasn’t there.. No food menu infact they told us that there is just one staff so the order will be delivered very late , I just want to say that is not our problem, you guys have to resolve it .. I chose a quite expensive room and the service we get at this hotel is just so disappointing.. I make sure I won’t visit here in the future…

The hotel service was very bad they do not have enough staff there geisure dsnt work it takes days to solve an issue, they dont have breakfast buffet everybody needs to order the same food. It was a terrible experience

Humble staffs, decent room, accessible vehicle location and near to mg mark. Safe place.

The location is fantastic. The hotel condition is good. Neat and clean. Staff behaviour is good and they are helpful. Room service is also good. As a muslim we got some halal food near the restaurant.
