The location is good. It is near mg marg of Gangtok. The market starts just from the doorstep of this lodge. One problem is that there is no supply of food. The manager supplied only tea bags, sugar & milk powder for the morning. The room & washroom condition is average.

Worst hotel ever

The most unorganized indiscipline hotel I have ever stay. They do not have a minimum facility like providing a plate to eat. I am requesting company to remove this hotel from there list. It will create negative impact on MMT. In one it is the worst hotel ever.

Booked two with view rooms. However for first day they gave us only one view rooms as it wasn't available. No room service facility was provided.

Dear Madam, that time we had both two view rooms but the rooms was on the different floor and I have arrange two rooms in third floor for your convenience and I had also offer you both view room but in different floor and then you refuse to take rooms on different floor. So I had to give you that room in which you had stay for 1st night. Anyway we are very sorry for the inconvenience that you face that time.

Actually we don't have restaurant facility at our hotel during this time and being the hotel is located at the main town of Gangtok. Lal Bazar only 5 minutes walking distance to M G Mall and the market is just outside of the of hotel and there are lots of fast food and restaurants out there and the fact is that we have also inform Go-MMT that the hotel have no restaurant facility and we provide rooms only.

The hotel is in the midst of Lal bazaar near Denzong cinema. The suite room is very spacious, view from the window is absolutely mind blowing but there is no staff, room service and pax phone, restaurant inside the hotel. One more most important point that Suite bathroom is very unhygienic and dirty.

I didn't have any positive review about this hotel. Room service was terrible. They don't have proper arrangements for extra bed facility and manager behaviour was very rude.
First of all my room was in 3rd floor so it is really a big problem. They don't have proper arrangements for extra bed and also the hotel manager behaviour was very rude when I asked him to provide an extra bed.
