Offcourse. Hotel location is best near mg marg and the view is also excellent from the terrace. Mostly the service and food is very good and the behaviour of staff is also excellent.

Room is terrible, shabby, smelly service not good. Not worth the money.

The hotel is not clean and room rate is very high in compare to others available in Gantok. In addition, lift was closed when we were staying in the hotel although they claimed that it was faulty but did not seem so. Overall it is not worthy to stay here.

I will not recommend this hotel to others as room rate comparatively higher than others available in same location. Hotel service, room cleanliness is not good at all. Breakfast was not up to the mark.

Hotel is near to mall. It's very neat and clean Hotel staff are nice spoken person. They arranged my trip especially at a very reasonable price. The food quality is excellent.

The location is very good since MG road is very near to the hotel. The room service was very prompt and the food quality was OK.

It's really a nice place to reside at. As you step inside it you will find yourself in a traditional world of Lord Buddha. There is peace everywhere. The location is near MG. Route. There is soft music in the corridors. There is a lift system. The rooms are well maintained. All things are well. Only at my time of visit the service was slow because the worker were absent but overall it is always worth visiting there.

Located in nice locationit is located in nice location. In mg route. Only faced issue with warm water . But hotel staff changed room immediately. Staff was friendly but think they are short in number. Phone was not properly working. Hotel staff was helpful. But I booked my cabs and trips on my own not through hotel, as it was cheaper that way. The hotel can be so much better if its maintained well. Good spacious rooms with nice furnitures but very dirty. The toilet was wet when we checked in like it hadn't been wiped since it was last used! The cupboards are full of dust. We booked two rooms one did not have a telephone and the rules and regulations make you feel like you have come back to your terrifying hostel days where you have to come within 10 pm and if you are late you have inform them before going correct me but isn't a hotel supposed to keep its gates open 24 hours !! As per the room tariffs its definitely not value for money. Also to add on to these amazing qualities of theirs we ordered in room breakfast since we didn't opt for the complimentary one and they said you have to either have it from the buffet which is ridiculously priced per head or on insisting said atleast am hour you have to wait for the food! So all in all the place can be turned around to an amazing hotel if only management tries to otherwise not a good place to stay.

The stay was very good. Room was good. Had some with telephone connection. But staff was very cooperative. Value for money. Location is good but car Parking was a problem. Restaurant well furnished, good view. However food varieties was limit ted. Overall good stay

Need to send more photos of their untidy rooms and washrooms along with their dirty crockery and trays. Unman aged place They said we are leasing this hotel next month so we are not able to manage more No staff they had They should refuse to take bookings Worst place I have ever visited They Need to refund my money as that is total waste of Rs 42000 for three nights.

What a journy. E very thing stay in mind for long time. It will pleasure to stay here again. The outside view is to pleasure. Hotel atmosphere is beautiful. Any body can try to stay at here. Food quality is really high

Hotel food was tasty but you can eat outside which is very cheaper and convenient. Hot water taking more time you need to wait for sometime. Location is close to market place.

At first impression I didn't like it because room was not well sanitized .. Second day I took their taxi services which was terrible because of driver .. Later experience came out to be improving .. 100 marks for lacation. Its a decent place to stay if you get good offer while booking ..

Hotel is available at good location and it is very near to Main market. Food quality is very good. Hotel staff is also very good. Only room was OK it was not very good. Hotel need to do improve ment in the Rooms.

Overall average hotel, small room's needs to improve their service, location of the hotel is walking from the main market, wi-fi is not working properly, I will never suggest this hotel to stay with friends and family ...
