Most third class management & hotel owner behavior is rough. He charge extra amounts. Very bad experience about this hotels.

The room was good food was tasty. Staff was polite and friendly but new and unexperienced The location is close to MG marg. However, they take longer time in restaurant. In last a gold ear ring is missed while room service/ cleaning.

Facilities as mentioned by hotel not available at all. Room size is so small that it is very difficult to move in the room. Sofa as shown in picture not available as no space even for a small chair. On 22 May no hot water available in bathroom and no one is there to respond. Hotel room was too much dirty and poorely maintained.

Hotel location is very good.near MG Marg.Room service was good .breakfast was very tasty.Rooms are quite small.

Stay was good and room was clean like the view except parking facility

Perfect place to stay if you are travel-ling solo and also with family. The access to main entrance of the hotel is directly connected to main road which is very rare to get in hills. Very professional staff beautiful ambience and perfect meals like home made. Rooms were clean and the location is also perfect near to mg marg and-also u can get the local taxi from the door of hotel. Highly recommended

Shortage of staff, no maintainance of rooms, water leakage from bathroom had to change room at 10pm. Got a smaller room then what i booked. Food was very good.

No one is available for caring the guests.

Nothing is better than this location in gangtok for family trip. It was pleasant to see that the luggage was taken care off while check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and the attached toilet was one point above as expected. Food not tried. Intercom didn't work but cell phone always responded. Recommended.

Location is nearby sikkim assembly and rope way site. Ambience is good. Staffs are friendly. Food quality is awesome.

One of the best stays in gangtok, the food quality, staff behaviour, amenities all are excellent. Mainly for our baby when we reqd for cooking foods they help it every time.

The room was very small and not at all sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sheets had stains and was not clean. There was only 1 light working in the bathroom. There was no blanket cover. Too much noise from the road. Not at all worth 5000

pros - situated next to mg road where main market, restaurants and pubs are located. one can enjoy the night life easily staff is good and humble when you talk with them cons - 1) no electricity from 11 pm till 7:30 am 2) very stained toilet seat. cannot post pic , it’s so dirty 3) stained towels and no hand towels provided 4) no blanket cover on blanket. thus blankets are used by many people. 5) lot of traffic and people noise specially very early morning 6) they want you to check out at sharp 11 am. 7) no coffee in the room only cheap tea bags 8) shady lobby 9) phone not working in the room

Very poor management and very pathetic service

It was quite a horrible experience from the time of check in. Hotel accommodation was not up to the mark.

service persons were less. food availability was limited. cost charged was too high considering the status and facilities of the hotel. also they are charging gst on food bills but not giving gst invoice. good thing is that the hotel is few steps away from ropeway.

Jewel of east located near ropeway service in gangtok. Hotel has modern facilities with good service record. Tea bags and other things require to make tea is available in the rooms.

Rooms were clean but some smell was there constantly coming. Property need to do some maintenance of bathroom and smelly walls
