Awful hotel in a great location

couplePaid much for average quality. I don't think the hotel has had a make over in 20 years. The toilets had ancient fittings, no pressure in the shower, had to be final make do with bucket baths. The toilets were also filthy & we dreaded using it. On a positive note, the staff were excellent and courteous.

Bathtub was broken. Food was bland. Staff is very cooperative. Location is excellent. Rooms are very well maintained. Limited choice at buffets. Retreat & Spa is far superior to Resort. Spa was not functioning.
