HOTEL HUNGREE RETREAT

I stayed for 3 days with family and it was a comfortable stay. The reception people were helpful. Only the tv didn't work, otherwise everything was fine.

I booked this for 2 nights and opted for the premium triple room with breakfast and dinner. Staff is very caring and the food provided by them was very homely. Just on the side lane of the football ground of upper pelling. Walkable distance to taxi stand.

Excellent hospitality and room for stay. Food quality is very good. It was a nice stay. Behaviour of staff is very good.

Overall average, behaviour was fantastic, food was to be procured from outside but breakfast arrangement aluparatha and sabji was good, electricity was a issue for get6 hot water. Deependra jo, bidhan and their family reception was too good

Food was unnecessarily expensive. The reception boy was never available. Also the reception boy booked us a car to gangtok when we requested a car to siliguri! we went to rangpo by that car! then we get to know that we're in wrong!

Clean bddget hotel with supportive staff. Bathroom is small. Tv was not working. Food was ok and priced well. Staff tries to help but infrastructure needs improvement.

Insects all over the room and bathroom

No water at toilet for 1 hour. Very shabby. Not upto the mark.

Location is good. Food is below average in quality and supply. Kitchen hygiene is very poor. Safety standards is 2* tv is not working and telephone is not there in room.

The hotel location is not convenient as single lane road approaches the property and there will be 10-15 minutes jam every time. The property doesn't have views at all and the people managing it are inexperienced. Food quality is very poor and kitchen is too unhygienic. Rooms are very small with no ventilation and stinks bad. Don't go by seeing the pics it's not at all that good. Don't go for it unless and until you don't have any other option. I have wasted by money and two nights. I booked for a room on second floor for better view but they gave me a room which is underground and whole first night there was no electricity at all and we had to bear with cold water in chilling weather. They call it 3 star property and they don't have a generator facility even. Very bad experience and deserves a money back.

Except kitchen staff nothing is good in this hotel. Rooms are not justify as per its tariff. No generator service, not able to restore cable tv connection in my two night staying at the location.

Poor rooms were provided. Rooms had poor bedsheet. Entire night the room was swept by cold air from outside. Deluxe room did not even have room heater.

Beautiful place and good budgeted hotel

There is nothing in this hotel. 1. Water problem 2. Manager is not capable to do his job as a manager. 3. Some others breakfast given to us. 4. Bulb was not lightning. 5. Manager has entered in our room with 3other guys when we were not in the room without our permission. 6. Exhaust fan was not in the bathroom. 7. Tap of the basin was not working

Their hospitality is very good and maintaine hygiene also.

The property is managed by the 3 teenager, when we are checking in, the room and bathroom was not cleaned, there was no provision of even tea, and they even not provided the toiletries as mentioned in mmt
