Dirty rooms.

The staff was friendly but the room was so so congested, and the blankets were smelly, not clean at all...pillow cover was dirty. only good things about this hotel is the staff they are nice people.

Lacks of basic facilities in this hotels. Food quality was average. Room size was small. Bathroom was not cleaned.

Hotel was in a good location to all the destinations nearby, geyser was working and electric kettle was also there in the room. Bedding was also quite nice but the food was not up to the mark and was prepared in an unhygienic environment

Food was good. Since no other rooms were available, we booked two economy room for three people. Had other options been available, we would not have booked economy room, reason being one of the rooms was not in use for some of the time, room was not cleaned, door mat was dirty and worn out, bathroom was very small so we had to take bath in other room. While checking out, manager informed that room no. 116 was not in use for few days, in that case it was necessary to get the room cleaned and ready when management knew that they are allotting the room. Room no 119 was ok but 116 was worst. Staff behaviour and cooperation etc was excellent. We find food was very tasty. Except for room no 116, other things were quite nice and appreciable.

Location of the hotel is a bit away from the market of upper pelling. Hotel is overall good. But rooms for mm t customers are provided in the basement where view of the valley is obstructed. The staff is not so adept. Food is overpriced, however the taste is very average. Overall a good experience but not matched the expectations.

Totally unhappy and poor quality maintenance. I advise don't go to this hotel. Their no any service boy to help you to serve. I am totally disappointed.

Nice place for budget stay. Small room. No view from room. Power backup was there. Food was served on time! bathroom had enough space. Bed had bumps because two small bed was attached. Tv worked well. Had good hot water facility.

Attitude of manager is not that friendly. Needs to learn his approach and chatting sense with customers.

I was given room at the basement level . felt so damp and I could hear water dripping from other floors. I wanted the stay to get over soon. don't book this hotel pls.

Plzz improve room service, do daily activitiy without saying by your customer

Compact rooms and were not well maintained. Compact gezer and dirty doors. Only food was good. 5 rating for food and poor rating for stay.

Average room, we reserve for the 1 double bed and 1 single bed room and pay for this but they provide 1 double bed and 1 mattress and give the excuse that had not inform them about the other single bed. They do not change bed sheet and blankets and do not clean the room. Though the kanchenjonga is clearly visible from the roof. They provide a driver's number for sightseeing but take huge extra charges for this.

All was good and enjoyed excellent view of the kanchenjunga.

The food options were limited and the food quantity was very very less as compared to price. Staff has declined to cook fish for 1 person and whenever asked for more quantity. The staffs have provided uncleaned towels. We were only people they were hosting still terrible experience.

Hotel is clean with good viewing position and food is nice

It's good to stay in this place, staff are good and also supportive. Food and hygiene of this hotel add more 🌟 I have a telephone conversation with the manager of this hotel for a vehicle for our tour and check-out he responded well and arranged also. Overall I will recommend to visit

Initially i had booked from mm t app for 2 days standard room. Then i had to extend my plan for one more day. In extension they said standard room were not available so have to book for deluxe room with high price no complementary breakfast. But to add to that the rooms were dirty the cot cover were used the blanket cover had lipstick stains of last customer. This is really poor service and at the morning hours there was no water in the bathroom. People were out of their rooms and shouting but there was not a single person to attend. So i will say room service is very bad. Overall stay was not good in one room tv was not working in another water flow was not proper.
